I don't know just how badly you are training you delivery people, but for 3 days now the delivery person has simply driven right by my shop and not picked up the outgoing mail that is in plain sight.

An order I made thru Amazon was to be delivered by USPS. I received a notification that an attempt was made by USPS but was unable to complete the delivery. The pkg would have easily fit in the mailbox, so I don't what "hindered" the delivery. It even gave a time the delivery was supposedly made..which was a out right lie because I was home on that date and time!!! Now I have to go and pick the pkg up at the post office. Some days my postal carrier isn't here until 7:30 - 8:30 pm. This is totally unacceptable!

Our long-time mail carrier retired recently and now we haven't had mail delivered since Friday. I can see I have letters and a package coming - as well as a bill - but no postal carrier. There doesn't even seem to be a way to have my mail held so I can pick it up. If the Postal Service is short-handed, then postal supervisors ought to be out taking up the slack - that's the way real businesses handle hourly vs salaried personnel issues.

We were 3rd in line, after the first 2 got taken care of they took other people in front of us and could not say how long it would be, this was 12:30 Be nice to know if anyone of any importance reads the complaints.

The Eagle Creek Branch Post Office is the absolute worst branch I've ever experienced. With the exception of one young employee, all of the others lack any interpersonal skills whatsoever. I've had an issue with a misplaced package for over one week now and have filed an official case investigation, yet nothing has been done to correct their obvious mistake. The delivery person for our neighborhood is incompetent. All of the clerks that I spoke with last week, with the exception of one very nice young lady as aforementioned, had awful attitudes and treated everyone with disrespect and as if they were nuisances. I'm glad to see that my and every other hard working citizen's tax dollars are paying for such inadequate, incompetent service. Thank you for absolutely nothing Eagle Creak Branch.

The Eagle creek post office is absolutely one of the worse post offices I've been to. Was there to apply for a passport (something I've never done before) although the majority of the staff was "ok" Mike (Middle Ages African American guy) was unwilling to answer any questions I had in regards to filling out the paperwork as well as answering any questions regarding the process in general. I was asked to move to another like because I was "asking too many questions and he was trying to move the process along" needless to say I will be moving this issue up the chain for resolution.
