Postal Locations

By far, this post office is the worst. I called for help 5 times because I'm stuck at work, they never answered. Not once. I'm just trying to receive my package but know it's automatically getting sent back because they refuse to help and can't deliver a package properly. We get all other packages delivered without problems from Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. Calling corporate in the morning

Apparently the hours on Saturday (at least as far as the phones) are prior to 2:30pm, because their recording is on stating that they are now closed. Their published hours say until 3pm on Saturday. Worst post office ever...

I have put in a change of address months ago and my mail is still going to my old apartment and I haven’t received nothing from my old apartment. Please let me know what to do ! I have very Important mail going to my old one and I need to receive it

Out of all days 4-15-2022 tax day. The post office has their doors locked at least 10 minutes prior the closing time of 6pm. At least 5 people outside. My tax dollars hard at work I can see.

According to tracking info, a small package from a third party on Amazon was delivered today (Oct. 30, 2021). It was NOT delivered to my address today and even after checking with immediate neighbors the package was not to be found. The delivery postal employee is notable for her incompetence. In the past I have found mail on the ground in front of the mail boxes as well as at times the mail in the wrong mail boxes. This not the first time problems like this have happened!

Worst post office ever. Under staffed !! Always a long line even during middle of day!!! No pre paid drop box. This post office is a joke never going there again..

I can't believe the condition of a package I sent to my granddaughter that lives in Highland!! It showed up ripped and opened. I received a notice that someone tried to deliver it on the 16th which was a lie my daughter in law said they never got mail, today it showed up opened. I hope that the mail carrier doesn't make a habit of delivering mail in this condition

I send my rent check to owner at least Seven days early. Third time in last year it has not been deivered

Please contact me I have a postal worker on video handling my package with extreme negligence.

I wish each and every postal worker had to have their pay check delivered to them via the mail. My paycheck has been delivered as late as 6 pm. The person who does this route changes with the direction of the wind. Not happy.

Cannot receive my mail if my front door is open , it's beautiful weather finally and because a postal delivery is afraid of my dog because he does what he is supposed to do guard his house which he really wouldn't hurt you someone won't allow me to be Normal and have my door open. I've called and told them I never leave him alone he is put away or grabbed so someone will not be so Afraid. But, I still do not get my mail. This person needs to have an INSIDE job. I know that it is only human nature for dogs to bahave like this. I have talked to my vet and they all agree the dog senses the fear on the postal worker. My dog has Never bitten anyone, for I would not allow that. But, I why should I have to live like a recluse because of a scared to death postal worker. All, others have come here!!!

i go to this spot cause its near my home but recently (today, 25th of November) I had a bad experience and its not the first time. A week ago I had a package delivered by them by Priority Mail I believe which is $19.95 two day shipping instead of 6 day shipping which is like half of that or less I believe. This package was for a customer whom I told, I would have it delivered early cause of his quick payment (2 days). Well, USPS failed to deliver the package on time and it arrived on the 6th day. So I stopped by because I felt I deserved a partial refund for the services I paid for, which they failed to do. So after explaining to the situation to lady with the side of her head shaved and asked for the partial refund, she answers with "I don't know about all that", like I was the one at fault. Needless to say, I won't be going to do business there again and i don't recommend people do priority services there because like they said me "it's not guaranteed ", so you will be paying for a service you might not get with no refunds. So lady with the side shaved head and short Hispanic lady please work on your attitude and they way you speak to customers. No one forced you to work there, so if you don't like it, I'm sure they're are other employment opportunities that will fit you better.

I would like to know why no mail delivery on wed feb 12th 2014? I live in highland on kleinman road.I can understand late delivery with the past weather,but no delivery today?Also we had a letter delivered a couple of weeks ago that was postmarked from the yes 2012,it was from the lake county sheriffs office,if we hadn't taken care of the matter we would of been in all kinds of trouble!I guess a reach out to someone higher than the person reading this e-mail.The letter in question was brought to your atten.,as of today NO responce has been given.Your mail service really lives up to the nick name"SNAILMAIL"
