Have never had a package delivered succesfully in 10 years. Always lie and claim animal- we have none. Dont even glance at the house as they fly by, security footage says the same. Lazy lying pieces of garbage that work here.

A letter from Lake County Court was posted on 8/20/22. We received the letter on on 9/29/22. Our court date was 9/23/22. Your incompetence has caused so much havoc! You should be ashamed of how poorly you are doing your jobs. I receive my neighbors mail at least once a week. It makes me wonder what I am missing?

I put a bill into my mailbox to be mailed and I put up the flag. When I got my mail yesterday, the flag was still up and the bill was still in there. The carrier put my mail right on top of the bill. Why wouldn't the carrier have taken the bill to be mailed? Makes no sense to me.

First we don’t get delivery every day. Second I put in for mail hold for 2 weeks. They delivered mail the first week and neighbor got. Was suppose to all be delivered yesterday 5/16 and our subdivision didn’t get mail. This is getting ridiculous. Either let us know what days you’ll deliver so we can get our bills, medications and mail!!!

Worst post office ever! The post master for crown point is even worse than the rude people at the post office! Get a new crown point post master and have the employees retake customer etiquette! I stopped going to the crown point post office and started going to merrillville post office and they are wonderful.

Seems the old adage about "Neither rain, nor sleet, nor gloom of night..." doesn't apply, now days. When are we going to get our mail?

I did not get mail for 2 days. Our road is blocked but you can easily get to my house without going around any barriers. Yesterday somebody at summit street said they did not know about the road closing. Signs had been up on the road for at least 3 weeks beforehand. With all the mail delivery trucks on this road everyday, how could they not know?

Is it that hard to answer the phone and help a customer? Obviously you answer the phone like you deliver the mail. Senseledd

Our new post girl wears her mask around her chin! How does that protect me when she walks within 6 feet of me to deliver package. I happened to be outside and I was wearing my face mask. Never seen her wearing hers any where but on her chin!

Omg, #1 masks do not work #2 We're ALL going to get the virus sooner or later. #3 Have your Hydroxychloroquin or Ivermectin on hand and you won't have to live in fear

I had a package that i sent to a customer in July. The post office received the package and somehow on its way to be delivered, it never made it. When I called all they suggested was to file a claim. There is only one explanation for this...There is someone stealing packages. It left the post office to be delivered to the mailee. So somewhere between leaving post office to the delivery address it disappeared...You tell me what happened. Not hard to figure out!!

I run a business out of my home, and I need my daily mail. I am in the Edgewater subdivision. We have been getting our mail at 5:30/ 6 pm at night, and it was delivered at 7 yesterday! This is getting ridiculous. Even if I didn't have my business mail delivered here, getting ones personal mail that late at night CONSISTANTLY is ridiculous. There are also days where we won't get any mail at all and then the next day, the mailbox is stuffed. Please fix this!!!

Mail deliver won't try to deliver a parcel. Many times I wait outside and all he/she does is toss the "sorry we missed you" card in the mailbox and drives off. They apparently don't want to wast any time and would rather have me drive to the post office to pick it up. My old mail lady would honk the horn and I would run over and get the package or sign for it if needed. She was nice. That is why I always try not to have the USPS deliver any of my packages.

My current carrier in Lowell does this too. I don't get home until after 3:30 and that leaves me less than an hour to grab the slip and get to the post office to pick it up the next day since it's never there the day of

The woman who delivers to Doubletree West in Winfield will walk up to front doors to deliver mail and parks her truck to go talk to neighbors on their front porch for a half hour at a time but she can't get her fat ass out and walk one step to put mail in a mailbox if there is snow protruding 6 inches in front of it. Makes sense.

I moved to Crown Point IN from IL, I put in a forwarding in IL about 6mos. ago, it is working fine but now I am in a winter location in AZ for 6 months. Do I put in a forwarding at the Crown Point location post office only, to have my mail temporarily transferred to me in AZ. Can I do this on line? I believe I have seen it advertised for $1. Thank you

I live in the Princeton Townhomes. Every time I order a catalog I never receive it. I know that the postal carrier is stealing them. How do I put a complaint in to the post office. Also, never any mail on Sat. I think they take it home and wait until Mon. to deliver it. There are a lot of people here who are not very happy with the service.
