I've been to this Particular Post Office in Cromwell on more than one occasion to do business or as sk questions about why I wasnt recieving my mail at my Cromwell hone, only to be questioned by the lady working the front desk about where I actually lived, because the mail carrier that was supposed to deliver the mail to my home in Cromwell had all of my mail returned to sender because she said I didnt live there. Since when did our mail carriers get the right to say where I can have my mail delivered to? I thought that was my choice, but I guess that's not the case for Cromwell residents. Its upto the mail lady that delivers mail in my area. I never recieved mail for the first 5 months I moved to Cromwell, because the of the route mail carrier told the People at the Post office I didnt live there to send all of my mail back to the sender. I also had a really hard time catching anyone there to find out about my mail and where it was going, due to their hours of operation werent what is posted on the door of their facility or on their posted hours of operation they have on the website for the Cromwell Post Of Operation. I think they work when ever they want to work, honestly. I've thought about calling the Post Master and I probably will even though I've chosen to get my mail sent to another Post Office, So I no longer have to deal with that Facility handling my mail and nd doing whatever they want with it. Back in the day it used to be a simple process to recieve a letter or check in the mail, now it's an uphill battle to even get a piece of junk mail delivered to you. More or less a check from your insurance company that you've had to have sent out 3 seperate occasions because you've never recieved it. And I'm still waiting for it a month later. What a joke.
