Waukegan, Edison Square PO. I picked up package this morning 10/5/21, african american woman who first came to window was extremely rude and snappy with me. After she tried handing me back my ID and I grabbed it as a response, she refused to wait on me and first called for someone from back to come then sent me to next window while rudely commenting 'watch your hand', she grabbed that from me, etc. I was NOT rude to her and she had no right to treat me like that. I just don't understand what her issue was.

This postal service is probably the worst service I seen in my life! They lost my packages, that I work my ass off for! this is not fair! I've been trying to get talk to an executive for weeks! and not one person! do not recommend this place for business owners! let me talk to the boss!

Hello
I just want you to know that I was at the post office today 15 minutes before they closed. I normally come earlier in the day but I had a previous engagement to attend. I am a regular customer to the post office in waukegan il (downtown) and I am normally satisfied with the customer service. Tonight was not the case. I waited patiently in line then when I got up to the representative (Ashley) she was VERY rude. I don't know what her problem was or if she was having a bad day but that should not matter. I am a customer and you are at work, about to go home because you all had locked the door. There is no reason for her attitude to be snotty. Normally when I come in the one of the more polite representatives hands me the envelope I need and let's me fill it out and I pay and leave, in and out. Tonight Ashley didn't even put my envelope in the package then she blamed me for not saying anything. She re-opened the package and I asked for a new one because I did not want my envelope to fall out she says with an attitude "No I already put the stamp on it. I'll tape it" then slams my receipts at me and stomps away. Ashley was very rude and disrespectful and I will be contacting her managers to let them know, hopefully they take the necessary actions.

I am handicapped and they have a package I need to sign for but did not come to my door just left a card. I can not get to the post office because I am in a wheel chair and can not drive because I have spinal problems. The post office says I have to come in because they will not try to deliver it again. They did not try the first time just left a card. Tina was acting like she was looking for a reason not to help me. They say that government service is the bastion of the hopelessly incompetent. Now I agree.
