They don't answer their phone. The parking lot is littered and filthy. The vestibule is filled with cobwebs and dirt. The trim is torn off in spots at the counter. Signs are torn. There are barely any packaging products on the floor for sale. Always a lot of greeting cards though! It looks like a slum. Have some pride!

The outdoor box was vandalized, that’s why it was removed.

For sixteen years we received our mail daily, and generally at the same time. For the past four years (and probably 10 or 12 carriers during the same time) delivery has been spotty. It's an English term for "not so good..." I am recently retired, so I notice these things. There is an easy fix, in the morning when you deliver St. Pauls mail, the truck is parked on Washington facing east. When the truck leaves it drives right past my home at 21 E Washington. Then the regular delivery person doesn't have to know to insert my mail into the Cornell delivery route, which could be confusing.

Lately my neighbor at 745 S Euclid has been getting a lot of my mail. She opens everything and now knows my financial and medical business. I just got 6 pieces of my neighbor 737 S Euclid on the other side's mail. When I went to take it over to the neighbors, both my dogs got out and I had to chase them all over the neighborhood. I use a cane to walk. Your mail people need to be told to get off the cell phone and do their job properly.

we live on 626 N. Second Ave in VP and have a forwarding arrangement with you until May 2018 However, my friends in Germany just sent me paperwork cut out of their mail envelope, notifying them the mail could not be delivered - this was a Christmas letter that was returned to them. This is not the first time in the last few years, that the mail in not forwarded to me. Please have the post employee check our house mail box and sent us all the mail that is in the mail box. We have not received mail from our relatives from CA - that they claim they sent in November (important) and it was not returned to them yet. I guess we never see that mail?????? The postal employees should be better trained for efficiency. Sorry to tell you that - we complained before on the phone. Dietlinde Sawukaytis - temp: 772 234-4791
