Please note complaint listed as six months ago. Once again on a Saturday my bill remained in my mailbox. Again I am handicapped and have no transportation. The note stating " mail inside" still securely taped on the outside. Oops !!late charge

I see a list of times when they are open. I call because it should be open. I get a tape that says they are open until 6:30p but then they say their closed? It's 5:30p and I can't leave a message. UGH

You don't want a review. Same complaint as above, with no option to leave a message!!! I have no transportation, no way to the post office. I was told by a very nice mail lady to put my outgoing mail in my mailbox with a note on the outside "mail on inside". This works about half the time. Today as many others with bills or other timely mail to go, five bills were in there behind two small junk mail items.

I did not receive a package which was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox on September 2 at 3:45 pm (per the tracking information), I checked all around my property and called the management office...no package. I believe it was never delivered but was taken by one of your ever changing mail carriers.

Today, I had a package delivered around 11:58am according to the tracking information. When I arrived home from work later tonight, I opened my mailbox expecting to see said package, but was sorely disappointed and confused. I then checked my front porch; again, disappointment and more confusion. I checked with my wife to see if she had grabbed anything from the front porch. Then, I rechecked the tracking information to see that my package was indeed delivered. Now, I was really confused and thought that perhaps the mail carrier had put it in one of my neighbors' mailboxes by mistake. I opened my garage door and was about to walk down to the mailbox to check again and even search the area around my front porch when I noticed something buried under the light coating of snow . . . My package had been left on the ground on the opposite side of my porch (the other side of my garage near one of my back gates). It was buried in snow and, naturally, the envelope was torn and the contents inside were at risk of being damaged by the elements. Very lazy and unprofessional of today's mail carrier to not both to walk the package to my porch . . . but to leave on the ground on the complete opposite side where I likely wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't been tracking it? I'm very disappointed in you Round Lake Post Office.

We regularly get mail for a house in our community that has the same number but on a different street. It makes me wonder if any my mail ever gets delivered to the wrong address and I just don’t know it. This happens way too often and other neighbors in our subdivision have had similar problems.

No mail delivery today. Was the snow too deep at the mailbox or has service been suspended?

Today, Thursday, May 17, I received in my mailbox 3 postcards advertising the post office food donation day ON MAY 12, which was last saturday. Just thought I would bring this to your attention. I know you folks deliver a tremendous volume of mail every day, usually without incident.

Have been expecting and tracking a package. It said it was delivered 5 days ago but never got it. This is not the first time they have delivered our mail to a neighbor and I talked to the manager but she was no help and denied delivering it to the wrong address. Now we're scared to order anything or having our bills delivered somewhere. It would be understandable for this to happen once or twice but this has been going on.

Guys - please be more careful in distributing mail - you delivered my social security card to a neighbor who was going to send it back - that would have really set me back as I was expecting that for my passport - we are constantly getting mail mixed up for lippincott road in fox lake - please sort the mail more carefully
