My postal carrier continuously shoves our mail into the mail box, ripping our mail and magazines. This man, dressed like he is late for a golf tee time, runs from building to building. Im sure we are not the only customers with this issue. 11113 Wisconsin Court

items held for several days while other items are passed just fine. hope the department didnt try and open then split a combined shipping item again from out of the country again. they really seem to have difficulty with these items for some reason.

Well have not received mail on 12/22 12/23 12/24 and 12/27. Received an email from our Orland Post Office saying issue has been resolved. This comes after I filed a complaint (again). It has not been resolved since no mail today. I have a couple of bills that are now delayed. If the USPS were a private company they would surely be out of business. The sad thing is there is nothing we can do about this.

Service is sadly the worst it has ever been. No mail past two days, check with my neighbor, no mail past two days either. Called Orland Park post office, 3 times and rang at least 6 times each time and no one bothers to pick up. The post office is working very hard at putting themselves out of existence. This is largely why the public is seeking other couriers. Never in my life have I had 2 days back to back with zero mail, and the fact my neighbor has not received any either confirms that the post office has either been unable due to inadequate staffing or other issues to get the mail timely to us. I've also noticed for some time now, Monday's have an abundance of first class mail and is being held up and not delivered every day. We want our mail, every day and we do not want the post office to pick and choose what to deliver and when to deliver it! Deliver everything you have, every single day! Postal rates are the highest they have been in my lifetime and the worst quality service. These are NOT weather related issues either. It's 11/02/2022 and the weather has been unseasonably warm for this time of year. Very poor service. Post office needs to correct this ASAP! If they were a private company, they would be out of business!

I can't believe the customer service I have received at this post office. 144th off Lagrange in Orland Park. On two occasions I have had my mail on hold and yet a package is delivered and lost. It says that is has been delivered, but it has not. My lobby is locked and we don't have a problem with theft. I called to discuss it and the lady I spoke with was very rude. I went down today to speak with someone and after waiting 45 minutes with no help, I left. This is unacceptable. I have two lost deliveries Oh and I was hung up on once too after waiting on hold for 10 minutes.

Yesterday the outside mailbox at the post office 9500 144th Orland park, was so full, you could take mail OUT! This is not the first time I have seen this. I also have had a bill marked late, and I blame it on that box not being emptied.

Yesterday I went into the Orland Park post office on 144th Pl. and the service was horrible. The employee yelled at someone for having their phone out because she assumed they were taking pictures. I’m not aware of a policy saying you cannot take a photo inside a post office, but the employee claimed that’s policy. The place was dirty. There was a long line in the service is always rude here. Today the outside mailbox was completely filled with mail by noon, and I could touch other peoples mail and easily could have removed it. This location is always horrible!

Multi unit mail box on the ground. Called OP mult times to report but no answer. Called frequently that day. Next day box was gone altogether. Again called mult times to post office phone never answered. 3 days later no box, no answer, no mail. Went to post office no employees at counter one other customer there also. we called out multiple times and finally employee came forward. I asked about mail and related the fact that no box was there at all for past 4 + days. She went and looked for mail and returned with my mail and I was then informed that it would be two to three weeks before a new box would replace the old one and if I wanted my mail, I'd have to come to the post office and pick it up. She was not a very pleasant person. She informed me the box has to be ordered, then shipped, then installed. I find it very unacceptable that a village the size of Orland Park does not have any in stock inventory. very disappointed.

No mail received Monday 1/10/2022, or Tuesday 1/11/2022. This is very bad, especially when working from home.

No mail received yesterday or today so far and it is already 3:00 p.m. (11/22/21 and 11/23/21). Seriously, this is a place of business and the mail system is failing us. Orland Park needs to fire some people and get some actual good workers on staff. The phone service is horrible if you try calling the Orland Park post office as well.

No mail on Monday last week. When I called the post office, a woman picked up the phone but never said hello. All I could hear was her and another woman's conversation. She never got on the line with me. I hung up. Also, no mail yesterday and today it is 1:15 p.m. and still no mail. This is unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated...I sent a small box to my nephew in VT on 5/21/21 for his birthday which is today and paid $8.50 for priority mailing. It was due to arrive on 5/25/21...it is still in Illinois! I had to get additional tracking services to find out where it is and finally received an update today saying it is in Elk Grove Village! It is an embarrassment as it appears that I was not timely in remembering his birthday. This is absolutely unacceptable! I filed a formal complaint—to no avail. I am going to pursue this further as I want a FULL REFUND. I will have no choice but to use FedEx and UPS in the future! How has the service from USPS deteriorated to this level? This is my 2nd bad experience— each of these past delays caused personal or business issues for me.

Upon not receiving a US mail delivery on Saturdays I thought delivery days were changed. Checking in computer I see Saturdays are still a delivery date! Just what is my mail carrier doing? Taking off on Saturdays. Please do not use COVID as an excuse!

Disappointed to get my mail that included a DO NOT BEND envelope, that was rolled and wrapped with 4 rubber bands, needless to say, the photos enclosed we’re damaged! Stopped and waited in line at the Orland Post office to show them how my mail was delivered. Tai was the employee working and was extremely rude. In the middle of me explaining my disappointment, she grabbed the damaged envelope and tossed it on the counter, then went on to ask what else I needed. I asked the managers name, Jim, as I will follow up. There’s was no excuse that my mail was delivered the way it was, I have pictures If you'd like me to share, but more importantly the government employees rudeness, and lack of customer service. Now I have to order and pay for more pictures to replace what a postal worker damaged.

Postal carrier left $250 package in front of my garage door visible from the street. I asked the postal carrier if he could leave the future packages at my front door. He told me that the place where he left the package was acceptable according to the US post Office. he sarcastically told me he might try better.

Anytime we have a package delivered that is not expressly marked as fragile it arrives completely broken. I understand accidents happen and the companies should be marking their boxes accordingly but the level of destruction to the boxes and contents inside is beyond belief. 5 items arrived in this state the past 2 weeks. In a pandemic where online ordering is becoming the norm it is disheartening to see things being treated this way.

I live at 18146 Vermont Ct Orland Park. Can the mail carrier PLEASE put all packages in the larger lock box? There is in a package in my mail cubical now which I CANNOT get out due to the fact the front of the cubical has an edge/lip on the sides. I would have to destroy the box to attempt to get it out. Thank you.

I tracked my package via Amazon; it was supposed to have been delivered to my mailbox just before 5 pm today but it is NOT in my mailbox. So, I'm guessing the carrier put it in the wrong mailbox. How hard is it to check your numbers? I mean, really. Don't postal workers have to take some sort of exam?
