The postal worker did not want to deliver my package so they sent a notice and wants to charge me $26 for no reason. They said there was no "secure" place to leave my package but we have multiple packages delivered here without a problem. They have quite a money making scam going on, refuse to leave my package and charge me money to pick it up.

Thank you to all post office workers for your hard work. What you all do is under appreciated and highly criticized. I’m thankful for you all. I implore anyone reading this to show gratefulness and thanks to the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes and deal with the public day in and out. To others taking the mail system for granted, and even asking to dock pay for mistakes, remember how large the mail system is and that these folks are indeed humans. I’ve had plenty of mix ups and mistakes but when you approach the situation with respect to your fellow citizen, things get resolved, and no one’s day has to be ruined ;)

My package was delivered to the wrong address. The address on package is correct. Neighbor brought package to me yesterday. Please pay attention to the address on the package versus address on the house. While tracking package it never stated it has been delivered.

Very disappointed in the service. Closing early on a Saturday during the holiday season. I understand not wanting a huge line after the time posted but locking doors 15 min before closing it not acceptable. Lock the door for entry at closing time, 4pm not 3:40 or 3:45, scheduling staff should be done accordingly to cover those few minutes. Very poor choice!!! Please post hours differently if you are not going to honor the posted time! I read other posts -seems to be a pattern here. Poor choice of representation for this location 😣

I would like report O’Fallon ILPost office is allowing people in if you do not arrive early. Apparently 6:50 or 6:55 is not early enough for closing at 7:00. I would like the employees who would let me in on Mon. 9/18/23 at 6:53 to be docked for not working. Also please change hours on website & door to indicate the last time you can enter to be serviced by employees.

Very Good location...Poor customer service. Visited around Mothers day having mailed cards to family and friends. One card came back as it had been scanned backwards and did not cancel the postage stamp; my address label was on the back of the card. Was given a plethora of excuses and reason why this happened(no manual monitoring of mail being scanned - all machine operated) and some crazy (made up rule) about address labels should be placed on the front. NEVER hard of that having worked at a post office during undergrad. Needless to say my issue was NOT resolved!

I want ALL of my mail. I am NOT getting what shows up on the notifications via email alerts! I have mail that has not been received since March 2023! To no avail I have submitted 2 different changes of address for both my maiden name and my married name which is hyphened. Only to get a ridiculous letter from the Post office requesting that I verify my who I am. SERIOUSLY!!! The family who lived where I live now is getting my mail and I am getting theirs. They even came by once to pick up a clothing order that was mailed to my address. We asked this family to change their address. I have sent several letters to the post master to ask for help and to rectify this matter only to get the letter I sent them mailed back to me - WHY??? **ATTENTION O'FALLON ILLINOIS POST OFFICE** I WANT ALL OF MY MAIL AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!

requested hold mail and got a confirmation number for a week in Aug. Neighbor called and said my mail was being delivered and falling out of my mail box. Called 800 number, filed a complaint, still haven't heard from post office a week later. I will be doing another complaint against the postmaster there.

After several instances of trying to resolve issues of other peoples mail delivered to my home I have found that the more I express this the more it happens. Right now the concern is whether someone else is receiving my mail or family members mail since I consistently receive the wrong mail. The customer service online resolution was to write on the piece of mail not at this address. Today the piece of mail that I wrote that on a week ago was picked up and I believe purposely returned to me today with the writing on it along with other pieces of mail. I am wondering if someone at the local post office is targeting me to just harrass me for writing customer complaints to resolve issues. I hope my latter statement is untrue as to whether it is incompetency, rudeness, or just a continuous mistake. The goal is not to have my mail stop coming to my home or to someone else's home in conjunction with me not receiving someone else's mail.

I love this branch, I live in Belleville but bring all my postal business here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They don’t piddle around, they stay busy working. Great workers!

My neighbors deliver more mail to me than the carrier. Have registered dozens of complaints to no avail. Went to PO to speak in person , now I understand why there service is horrible. The postmaster is astonishingly ignorant when it comes to service.

The US Post office in O’Fallon IL is truly garbage. I had to report our postal driver and he’s been intentionally putting my mail in other mail boxes after I reported him for several things an I told local office an they did NOTHING. Told me to call 1-800 number. Very scary feeling when you have to hope to receive your mail everyday

Today, 4/15/21, my mail was not put in my mailbox, but left in a flowerpot on my doorstep. My mailbox was empty, so the mail could have been placed there. About 3-4 times a year I have to re-deliver other peoples' mail to their homes, or just throw it away; not my job to deliver the mail.

My mail has been delivered to my neighbors house's and theirs to mine on at least 6 times this year. I even put large house numbers on my mail box. Never had such bad service.

Horrible service! Waited in line with other customers. When my turn came up I was told to move to the side and they would get some one to get my held mail. I waited and I waited. Finally the same clerk that told me to stand to the side asked for my ID and got my mail. I waited in line like everyone else and should NOT have been bypassed since there clearly was no one in the back to help out. Retrieving my held mail didn't take any longer than any other service.
