I also had a bad experience with this po,this employee looks like an Indian(nothing on race,i am also an Indian)no name tag,not a friendly person at all,my package was needed to be open before sending back and asked him for a peice of tape to tape it back, his response was there is no free tape and he offered to sell me one which costs about 4 plus dollars,i refused his offer and forced myself to take it to ups store which they even taped it for me for no cost, these kinds of people shouldn't be employed in this service sector cause the company lost revenue and bad names and keep people away from doing business.

Three or four times I had a very bad experience here, but today's was the worst since I unnecessarily wasted an hour there. There were two people at the counter, and one had been already working on a passport, which was also the reason I was there for. When I got to the counter the woman behind the counter told me that I'd had to wait because they can't "plug up" two lines. She did this in an impolite tone of voice, like I should know that. Also, there was a third USPS employee kind of slowly prancing around behind the counter. Within the hour of my wait, the line came and went. I've seen this lady be very rude to two other people. Talking down to them like they're worthless for not knowing this and that. When the person in front of me with the passport was finally done, I approached the lady, only to find out my birth cert., old passport, and a speeding ticket wasn't enough to apply for a new passport, when she could have checked my paper work when there was nobody in line. I'd stay away from this post office and especially from this AA bigger lady with puffy long hair and glasses.
