I am no prude but can you please try to make sure that if your package delivery folks SMOKE that they do so outside the truck? My home just reeks of smoke when a package either in the mailbox or on the stoop is delivered and we have asthma. You can smoke no problem but it absolutely cannot be transferred into people’s homes. I don’t think smoking with their window down works

0 stars!!!! Negative stars if I could give it! But since I’m forced to give some sort of credit to this sorry establishment here’s your 1. This is the worst experience ever with mail. I’m in Mount prospect and the mail delivery is horrible. Idk what happens to my mail but I almost never receive it and it is infuriating. Paying for informed delivery just to see what I’m never getting. Constantly having to call businesses to ask them to send important pieces over and over to still never receive it. So frustrating.. then I was rudely and quickly dismissed when walking into the office to inquire about what was going on. The woman took my phone number on a small piece of paper with a promise to contact me after reaching the mail carrier. No one even attempted to go to the back and search for missing mail pieces or anything. Days later more informed delivery for mail I’m still not receiving. Making a claim does not apply to this. They don’t care and nothing seems to be able to be done about this. Just horrible I wish there were someway to have my mail delivered to another areas post office instead of this sad sorry excuse for one here in Mount Prospect.

Today, the postal worker that delivered mail to our building left a stack of mail ruber-banded on the top of where our mailboxes are. I sat down and looked through it, finding 2 pieces that belonged to my husband and I. The stack was mail to many different residents in our condo building. Yet, when I opened our individual mailbox, there was mail for us there, also. I am not sure that people will know to go through that stack of mail in the rubber band in order to see if any of it is theirs. This really should be addressed by the postal worker that delivered today, 3/29/23. Thank you!

What is going on with the mail delivery? My mail is missing, or sent back to sender. I have been receiving emails for returned mail. I have informed delivery, and I see all the mail that is supposed to come, well guess what, it does not gets delivered.

We have the post office box since 1983. We were happy with the services. Until lately that they’re holding my mail for whatever reasons. When Pardeep was still there, everything was okay. Lately , someone is holding our mail. What’s goin on? They used to put it I a bigger ox (out) when it’s full Maybe the employees are not properly trained to do their job. Maybe they need a supervisor to supervise every move. I hope I’ll get an answer. I called several times. No answer. Nobody can hear the phone. Are they tired of me holding the box I paid for it every year. My email Thank you Mrs Guynn

Just a quick question as to the mail delivery in Mt. Prospect, IL. I have been a resident for 45 years and have always had great mail delivery. It is important to let you know that we haven't had any mail delivered for 5 days now. 5 days is the longest it has been, but just previous to the 5 day interval, 2-3 days was the case. The time of day it comes isn't the issue, but the delivery itself. Why have we not been even seeing a mail truck in our area? It is so unusual, I thought I'd would like any type of information you can provide. Thank you for y our time.

Just a note during these trying times. Local Mt Prospect neighbor for past 50 years and have always enjoyed good mail delivery ...sometimes even late into early evening hours. Most recently though, mail delivery has been erratic to no mail delivery. Received mail only once in the last 5 days. Realize we are all managing thru this Covid issue and hope all USPS employees are healthy and working through challenges, but a little communication would help as to issues and reasons for mail delivery issues. Thank all USPS employees who are working during these chaotic and Covid time. Front line hero's who we don't acknowledge enough.

Fire their asses and start over seven people an hour and 20 minutes to get waited on! You could hire someone from first grade to do a better job O
