My old mailman retired, he was wonderful, miss him. Person who replaced him I can not say the same. Instead of pulling up my driveway and leaving large packages at my door she is stuffing them in my mailbox and I can barely remove them. Sometimes she can't even close the door on mailbox. No Christmas present for her.

The mailperson needs to stop leaving notes in my mailbox about people parking in between mail boxes and threatening not to deliver my mail. First, they are not my cars. Secondly, there are no street signs that say that people can not park there. Is there something that can be provided to the people that park on the public streets to clarify that? Visitors, homeowners all park on the street.

I was treated so poorly at this office by one of the employees. In front of a long line of people she made me repeatedly divulge personal demographic information and proceeded to publicly humiliate and laugh at me. She then walked away, shared my situation with another employee and continued to laugh as she picked up the phone to call another for assistance because she wasn't knowledgeable enough about the situation to help me. The employee over the phone gave me wrong information. I'm glad I checked online for the correct information and went to another post office in Tinley Park and had no trouble completing (my apparently hilarious) transaction.
