Valarie was very patient and kind. I was on the phone with her for twenty minutes trying to figure out what was going on with my tracking information. She did everything she could and was able to resolve my problem. She is a great employee and she made my day.

My tracking number is 9249090158686491925939. You said the package was arrived to my house at 4:27pm on May 26. But I did not receive it.

I have never had a worse experience... the employee said that if I am not happy waiting (he was taking a lot of time training a new colleague), I should go back to my country. My country is USA... I lived here for more than half of my life. I could not wait the extra time, as I had a new baby at home. I felt so humiliated, I sent my husband to the post office since then.

I went there as one my packages was not delivered to my house. The employees are rude, specially an elder lady with grey hair. I was talking to another employee when she interrupted. Her behavior was not only rude, but to some extent racist as well. I felt really humiliated the way she spoke to me, as if I am not in a post office, but some kind of correction center. My fault? I asked a question about what should be done for my next packages as they are not being delivered to my house. I was just being polite.

Horrible service and rude employees. A package got delivered there from California through FedEx, they signed off on it, accepted it and then claimed to have sent it back. They refused to give any information on who sent it back or an invoice on the package because FedEx is their "competition." Now our package is nowhere to be found.

The service at macomb il. Is subpar at best. I had a package not delivered due to laziness, and when I went to the office the attendant decided to not be helpful at all. When questioned about parcel and how I can get said package that day (Saturday) the attendant told me "he wil be back at 3pm and I could come back then." He said this knowing all to well that the office closes at noon. This is an outrage. Why would he give such information when he knew the hours, can anyone tell me?
