If possible, please continue to drop off the weekly mailer with grocery ads. I hope this service has not been discontinued since I find the ads to be very helpful.

Poor service, but perhaps employees became ill over the holidays, so no one available to delivery the mail to Lombard?

In the last two weeks I received packages that would not fit in my mail box. In each case the package was left under the mail box on the curb. Past service would include dropping the packages on my front porch. Can someone explain??

My package has been sitting at this post office since the 22. And my email says there is an issue with my delivery and they have yet to update anything about my package. It says the current location is Lombard, IL At 1:16am and nothing since then. I keep calling to the office and it just rings. Nobody is picking up.

My package that was shipped from California made it's way across the country with a final destination of Lombard, Illinois USPS. It hit a dead end and has been sitting at this post office since September 14th. I've tried calling an no answer. Is there something special that needs to happen to get it shipped to my address. The merchant who shipped it is blaming COVID. HELP!!!

This post office is horrible. My second review about this place and no one if anyone read or responded to my first review. They have had my package since September 14th and will not answer phone calls. It rings and eventually disconnects. I'm not the only one who has complained about not getting their packages. Possibly some internal theft going on.

This review was based on the performance of the person named Felisha; on Monday 24, around 5:15pm I stopped by to pick up my package that it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but no one was there so the left me the peach notification. On Saturday I went on line to request for the pick up but the only option was redelivery so I picked the option, customer will pick up! Few minutes later I received the confirmation. So now I was there on Monday to pick it up. This cashier was promptly greeted then I handed her my id along with the peach paper. She said I will be back. She spent minutes looking. Btw she was the only one working in the front. After, she printed a piece of paper and brought to me. She said your package was not here cause sometime they did not pay attention to the note but you can come back or wait till 6:30 for the carrier to get back. It was 5:15. Then she said because you did not requested pick up, it said here that you had requested the redelivery! I just listened to her when she raised her voice for the victory. You can come back tomorrow or the package will be left here for 15days until they return it back to the sender. So I was just walked up with humiliation. The next day around 3pm, this time there were two cashiers at the windows. Unfortunately, I met the same person, Felisha! I did the same; handed her the peach notified paper and ID. She rapidly said, you came yesterday right? I said yes, you told me to come back today. She went to get the package. Few minutes later, she carried the package and said you just walked out yesterday. I said yes, again she stated to humiliating me in front of other clients. Because you requested the redelivery.............( same way she talked to me yesterday) I replied why did you want to bring it up?? You could just simply gave me the box? She said, I wanted to( with that same arrogant tone) I asked what’s your name? She said you can talk to the manager if you want to. Well, I said yes. Few minutes past, manager approached me and listened to my complaint. First she seemed to take sides but later she said I will talk to her. Yes, you definitely right she could just handed you the box why bringing that issue up, just because she wanted to?? You know we all like to be treated the same way as we are all deserves to be treated. You can not mistreat or disrespect people just because they are not the same races. Please stop the discrimination, we are living a melting pot cults so you have to learn how to live with themselves.

I have a concern regarding mail delivery. I do not receive mail at least two days a week, just about every week. Perhaps their is no mail for me but this past week I have been waiting for a delivery. I was told it would be delivered Monday August 16, 2020. I still have not received it. So now I am writing to you because perhaps there is a problem that needs to be addressed? I live on the 600 block of S Finley rd in Lombard the tracking # for the missing package is 9400111899223001625319 thank you

I’ve had a letter VERY visible for past 3 days and has not been picked up. Please pick it up. Just because I may not have mail does not mean I don’t have any outgoing. 306 west Taylor road

The mail delivery person has not closed the cover to our mailbox and when it rains, the envelopes get wet. The envelopes were of normal size and the cover can close easily. Please notify him/her to close the cover at 302 S. Addison Avenue.

I moved out of state 3 months ago and filled out a Forwarding Mail form and handed it to the person behind the desk inside the Lombard P.O. What’s happened to my mail? They made sure I received all the election junk mail and even a sale flyer but not a single piece of important mail has come here to me. What have you done with it? Thrown it out? WHERE’S MY MAIL?

Mail man frequently delivers mail to wrong address and you have to return it to post office. Often there will be a rip on envelope flap like someone is trying to peek inside.

It's may 13th, almost 7 pm. My food donation has been sitting under my mailbox since 7:30 this morning. Is someone still going to pick it up? Or are the hungry going to remain hungry? The Lombard PO is already closed, or I would deliver it there. Should I leave it out for Monday pickup?

My business is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the post offices. My horror story of lousy mail delivery has been going on for years! The building has about 6 businesses and now, MY mailbox has become the DUMP all the mail for the building spot. Probably because it's the easiest one to see when entering the building. I'm sick of excuses like "substitute" carrier, etc. Is there anyone working there who really cares?

It's been 5 days since we have had mail delivered. If we are lucky enough to get our mail, it is usually opened and taped shut. Also does the mail thug have to talk on his phone, wear his shorts around his knees and slam our mailbox shut at sometimes 9 o'clock at night.

Every few days, we are getting a replacement mail delivery person dressed in extreme casual/thuggish clothing with a gang-banger style hat, cocked and backwards. This is a far cry from standard USPS uniforms, and quite frankly, such a display of unprofessionalism causes one to think that our private, personal, and important mail delivery is in jeopardy. The post office standards should not allow this type of disrespect to the community and require the individuals it selects with the big responsibility of mail delivery to appear credible and minimally professional.

I also live at 22nd and Finley. The mail service here has been terrible for several months. I haven't had any mail delivered since last Friday. When I do get mail it has been delivered between 7pm and 8pm. I think we all need to make the Postmaster General aware of the terrible service in this area. This is an incorporated area, so I don't buy the 'rural route' excuse!

I live at the corner of Finley & 22nd street. Called to see what was going on because I had only received mail once in the past week. They said this is considered a 'rural route' and they have had a number of illnesses and injuries so they have not been able to make all their mail drops to the rural routes. So much for the whole "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" thing. Apparently now it's "we'll get to you when it's convenient". I've just lived here for 7 months and this is the first time I ever in my life remember just not getting mail delivery for no apparent reason. Before this I lived in Downers Grove for 7 years and our mail delivery was like clockwork...California before that - same thing - even with their horrible financial situation they ALWAYS delivered the mail.

Sounds like you are actually doing better than us. I live on the 400 block of S. Lodge Ln and since last Monday (2/10) I have only had mail delivery 2/15 and 2/17 and only a total of 6 pieces of mail. Prior to that our mail delivery was after 7pm each nigh for the past few months. Something is falling apart with this post office.
