Since August 1,2016 I have had to stop payments for at least 12 checks mailed out. What is happening to our mail that is sent out? It is not being delivered.

I have lived at my Lockport address for 4 years now and have had nothing but problems with the mail courier and services from my local post office. I have had a first class piece of mail from the previous tenant in my mail box for 3 weeks with "return to sender" written on it that the mail courier has yet to take back. I have spoke to Bob the supervisor now twice and he has yet to get the courier to take it. There is now TWO first class T-Mobile envelopes in my mailbox for the previous tenant as of last week. I have called today 22 times since 830 am and am unsuccessful to get thru to anyone. This is the worst work ethic ever displayed by any service I've had to deal with.

I was standing at my front door this morning when I heard a loud thud, that was my package being thrown on my doorstep from some distance away. If it had been something fragile it would for sure have been broken. This is unacceptable. I also continually have received different neighbor's mail for the past 5 years living at this address.

They made me run around for my parcel and what a coincidence after a whole argument at the post office where they could not locate my parcel after claiming that they attempted to deliver and i have to either reschedule or pick it up, they told me that it was out for delivery. IT WAS SO MAGICALLY DELIVERED 20 MINUTES BEFORE I REACH HOME BUT IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THEY LOST IT and WILL CLAIM IT WAS STOLEN.Pretty CONVENIENT , don't you think?

don't do their job, the supervisor abuses the customers who inquire
about their parcels, they upload FALSE information on trackers, the
WORST post office ever. Have i mentioned they will treat you differently
if you have an accent or a person of color? They lost my
cashmere coat. They are playing games with customers just for the fun of
it, they'll say they attempted delivery, come pick it up at the post
office and then lose your parcel.
I will not leave it there, i already filed a complaint thorough the headquarters.

My street has been plowed both yesterday and today. The mail carrier has not delivered mail either day; there hasn't been significant snowfall since Sunday. I have an appointment to get taxes done on Feb. 5. I need some forms which have been mailed to me but are sitting in the Lockport Post Office. Like the comment below about 2-3x per month, someone else's mail is in with our mail. i'm very dissatisfied with the Lockport Post Office. If my mail isn't delivered on Feb.4, how can I get it before my 8AM appointment on Feb 5?

They are not doing their job, file a complaint through their headquarters, my boyfriend lost his benefits because the post officer teared our name and did not deliver your mail for two months. Their job is one of the best in the United states, they HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. The supervisor threatened me to call the police because he couldn't answer my inquiry. My parcel was supposed to be at the Post Office, it wasn't , now they say they delivered the parcel, it is LOST. They are lazy and mean. You may want to call the headquarters like i did.

We keep getting our neighbors mail and she keeps getting another neighbors mail.

We have been receiving mail late. Either we receive expired coupons or deals or our weekly magazines are two weeks behind. Please correct this. Thank you.

I hear ya my 71 year old husband made it too work and they need too raise the price on stamps they can,t even do their job

At $47 per hour nobody answers the phone, really? Not only that, I haven't received my mail in two days! I've been able to get to work, the store, the mall... and the post office can't get their extremely overpaid workers to do their job! wtf? I'd love to do that job!
