Postal Locations

I have a PoBox in this location to prevent my mail to get lost or in the wrong hands, because I am living in an apartment complex and my neighbors constantly complain about this situation. I retrieved my mail from my PoBox and when I got home I found letters from the PoBox next to mine. I am returning their letters but unfortunately I am not coming back soon, I am sorry for the person not receiving their mail on time, but it is the office's fault not my fault. Because of a mistake like this one and a person that did not care about returning my mail, I got compromised in a legal problem that took more than one year to get resolved, we spent several thousand dollars in lawyers, my son and I lost our jobs, which put behind my family with bills, getting us into deep dept. And that is the reason why Jeff's (the clerk receiving my phone call) apology is not enough when I called the Lincolnshire office to complaint about the situation. Jeff promised to tell about the situation to his supervisor and that does not sound like a solution and makes me think that not even with a PoBox my mail is safe in this office. This is NO JOKE to me

Where is my package? It has been "pending Acceptance" at your post office for a week now.

The service was the worst I ever had in this office. The lady was cold and not trying to help. Totally different experience from what I had in this in the last few years.
