The mail box at 444 S. Rand Road (Chase Bank) building needs to be moved to where vehicles can pull up and drop mail in it, with a flow of traffic. 100+ times a day people are pulling and parking illegally (double-parked primarily or parking where there is not a designated parking spot) to drop mail into the current one on the sidewalk. This has gotten extremely more frequent since the post office removed its drive-up mail boxes at the PO itself. Numerous times I have started to back out of a parking spot, just to have someone pull up and park right behind me. Thank goodness for my vehicle sensors.

I mailed a package last Wednesday 1/26. My receipt says it should be delivered Sat 1/29 I have tried to track it everyday since and the tracking keeps saying Info available soon. Today is Monday 1/31 and I am still getting this message even though my receipt says I should be able to see info within 1 hour of my visit. This tracking is useless. Does anyone else have the same problem when trying to track a package?

I am sick and tired of waiting for my mail I'm tracking a package coming to my house. The tracking said it went out for delivery this morning at 7:10am. I just got my mail, and it wasn't there. This is the second time in two weeks this happened Why should I or my customers pay extra for faster delivery only to have the Post Office screw it up? Also, a.package was sent to me using 2-Day delivery. It took 5 days. This has now happened 8 times in two months. What are you doing over there? I am not receiving the service for which I am paying!

Malik was a great help today and wanted to commend him for doing so. That being said, he certainly does not provide "service with a smile". Regardless, I wanted to say thanks to Malik for helping me get my media mail shipped when there were a few things extra I needed to do it right. Thanks a bunch.
