So the lady working at the passport window literally takes pleasure in ruining peoples day. While she turned the person away in front of me, while a valid point, for using blue ink, I could tell she enjoyed making this woman lose it. Next I was up. She claimed my form was wrong that I painstakingly filled out was the wrong one, even though it has an option for "expired passport in my possession". So started a new form, since I was trying to rush, messed purposely walked away. leaving me to wait. then got a new form, filled out, decided that my picture from CVS was not valid. Gleefully making me make another appointment. and further would not accept my son's application just because again, she loves to ruin peoples day! will drive to another post office next time. they should not have miserable people working there. who get joy out of making difficult process more difficult

Hold mail confirmation CAH428709490. Mail was delivered every day when it was supposed to be held. Midway through the hold period I notified USPS but mail continued to be delivered. We have outside security cameras and every day we watched the mail being delivered. Please address this with the carrier.

I understand that our carrier, Doug, is retiring. His departure will be a real loss to all of us on his route. No matter how cold, how hot, Doug always has a smile on his face and warmth in his voice. We will all miss him. Congratulations, Doug!!

I sent some tax information to my accountant with information for my taxes. I live overseas and was told if I purchased a priority envelope and used the certified mail service, they could not deliver the documents without the signature of the recipient. I used the tracking number to see when it was delivered. It was delivered on the 28 of April (according to the information entered in the computer). The recipient never received the documents. The carrier said it was coded for covid 19 (whatever that means?). She apparently left the package in a random mailbox and the documents have disappeared. There were documents with Personal Identifiable Information. I am going to file an IG report because I suspect theft related fraud.
