About 2 months ago a postal worker knocked on my door to tell ask me if a letter that came for a person that lived here previously was still living here... I said no told her my family's name and said we've been here since 2016. Sh ed then waves a letter that cam ed for that person and says this needs to be returned to the sender. I'm like yeah I put stuff th hat is not meant for us back in the mail box or a post office box to be returned. She then says well make sure you write does not live here on the mail. And she hands me my mail! In the middle of a pandemic! I have a child with health issues that would become very I'll if he contracted covid19. Then I put a letter in my mailbox to be taken by the letter carrier for the social security office and the social security office never recived it. It was taken from my mailbox by the letter carrier.

I went to the Harvard post office on Saturday 9-1-18. Sign on the door says open until 1:00pm. I arrived at 10:00am. Retail doors are closed. Saturday are the only days I can make it to manage my mail. I understand its a holiday weekend, but Saturday 9-1-18 is not a holiday. What kind of business operates like this??? Completely Ridiculous. I will bring my business else where. Complete dis-service to customers.

The Capron il 61012-9667 post office is never open when we are off work. They open one hour on Saturdays. The rates keep Hong up and this office won't pick up a package or deliver it to your door. They refuse any customer service at all. Why is this? When they are open they take a two hour lunch the same time everyone else does so you can't even go there on your damn break. They are rude at this location and I'm fed up with it! They need to be open m- sat. Normal hours as any other office!
