The worst Post Office ever. My 3 packages was LOST in that POST OFFICE or STOLEN. No one answering the phone, they promise to call you and they NEVER did. Will report to Glenview Police.

We did not receive mail today, April 1, 2017. Our mail is often late, but we usually receive it. What can we do about this terrible service?

Since moving back to Glenview something is clearly not going right with our mail delivery. In eight months I have gotten four packages and countless mail that clearly is not my address. I am frustrated after talking with our mailman and the post office and it is still happening but it seems to be worse than ever. My father was a postman I fully understand the hardships of this job, but be prideful of what you do and be kind when possible. I really hope this big problem gets better because after all they are getting paid and I myself that delivers the misdirected mail dose not and dose it out of doing the right thing!

Tracking Number: 9500100020007058000173 in-transit Updated Delivery Day: Friday, March 3, 2017 Product & Tracking Information Postal Product: First-Class Mail® Features: USPS Tracking® Date & Time Status of Item Location March 3, 2017 , 9:20 am Out for Delivery GLENVIEW, IL 60025  According to USPS tracking service my package was supposedly out for delivery @ 9:20am today, but at the end of the day no package was delivered. Is there something wrong with the tracking service of Glenview Post Office? Just wondering... Really... very good service being offered by the Glenview Post Office.

Hello-I have had a lot of difficulty with the packages I sent. The first package I sent to my son in Brooklyn was tampered with. It was opened and in it were 3 of a 4 set of cassettes about Lance Armstrong which were not anything I sent. The second package which I sent to the same address was never received. I am quite unhappy about this. The second small padded envelope contained a gift certificate for $150.00. I sent it myself using the self service so I do not have a tracking number. What can be done? Thank you.

The postal carrier keeps leaving packages in front of the door so we can't open the door to grab the packages or the mail. There is plenty and obvious places to leave packages next to the door. I don't understand. And I know calling Glenview won't help because you will never get to talk to a person that can help or care.

On hold for 45 minutes, tried to call back on another phone and no answer...then a hang up. Terrible customer service!

Package that registered in the system as "delivered" 3 days ago was never delivered. It happens quite often lately that I get the mail which doesn't belong to my address. Last time I called in that there is a package in front of my door with wrong address but it took the post office 3 days to pick it up! Why is the delivery in Glenview so lousy lately?

We went to fl for vacation and asked the Post office to hold my mail for about 10 days. And when we came back, we were told that our mails were NOT held. And instead, they were delivered to our house. BUT we DIDN'T receive the mails. This is not the first time this happen. In the past, we lost our mails and we received our neighbors' mails! When we made the phone call to the post office, the staff's attitude was horrible! They don't feel sorry for losing people's mail. If the post office staff can't deliver the mail to the correct address, I strongly suggest they quit their jobs and let someone who is capable of doing this simple work to do it.

Why is it some people in Glenview got mail delivery yesterday and others did not? I am sympathetic - If it is too cold - CLOSE THE OFFICE, as the garbage company, Glenview Village, Schools, and many businesses did. The Post Office is a business. Everyone in Glenview should get delivery or no one get delivery. As it is, in west Glenview we never get delivery until very late - often after 7 PM!
