I get the wrong mail consistently. They delivered my package to the wrong address and the neighbor opened it. It was a scrapbook from snapfish. How blind can you be! The mail carriers should be more diligent in delivering to the correct addresses. About a month ago the carrier delivered everyone’s mail to the next house down. Very disappointing.

Freeburg Post Office is the worst mail carrier I have seen in 20 years. My continuously get the wrong people’s mail and I have neighbors bringing me my mail. There is is no attention to names or details. My husband passport is now missing due to their incompetence showing delivered a week ago. Which home in Freeburg did you drop that off to?

I have been having problems with te Freeburg,Illinois post office delivering my mail to the wrong address. It has happened 3 times and I have received other people mail more tan 20 times,it is the person who delivers the mail, the people at the post office are really nice.I just want this problem to end I work hard for my money and if my package dosent make it to me then I am just screwed, good thing I have good neighbors,it just happened again today and I looked up my package location and it said delivered,in/at mailbox but it was at my neighbors house which the houses number is 9 and mine is 5 and they are clearly marked I think it is just carelessness and it needs to be addressed. This is a government job you should act like professionals,I can understand once or twice but this just keeps happening and hard telling how many other people are having this problem,so can you please help me fix this problem. Thanks
