Watched my mail lady put my mail in my mailbox. Picked up my mail as she left and found a I’m sorry we missed you notice for an important letter that required a signature. I followed her and asked about the notice. She told me it was Covid policy not to go to the door. Called the post office and found out she is not only lazy, but lied to my face.

I'm McLovin our post office and all of their employees! You complainers need to get off your couches and get a job. These people have difficult jobs, dealing with the public. I worked for the State and I'm not sure how I lasted for 35 years! The people at Walts are saints, as well. I pray for everyone that has to deal with the public. Kudos to all of you. Thank You and God Bless you.

Can someone please re-deliver my mail after a hold? This is at least the 3rd time my mail has not appeared after a hold. It is now 8/25 and was to be re-delivered 8/22. This is a problem at the Crete office. :( I cannot depend on you.

We had a wonderful mail lady! Even when she was sick she still made sure we got our mail or packages. The new one doesn’t deliver until it is stacked high in our huge mailbox. Then the packages are not delivered. I just got a notice yesterday after waiting all day Monday and she put the date the previous day. Now I need to drive to the Local office and hope they have it from her. Yes we get our mail on a Sunday too. I wish they would hire mail carriers who actually work and care about people.

Pleasant, helpful postal staff is all I've ever encountered in 44 years living in Crete Township. Some customers posting comments here seem upset that they can't get free, gleeful help doing what they should be doing themselves. Pull your own weight and keep your expectations realistic. We'll all be better off.

Not by any means does our mail get delivered timely or at all. Sometimes its Sunday when the mail shows up. I have dealt with many carriers over the years but this takes the cake. I just received a second notice for a package when the carrier never left the 1st one. The hrs are for non working residents so we cannot get to the mail office except on Saturdays.

Let's get it right! The inside postal workers are "AWESOME!" It's the mail/delivery carriers in those little white trucks that need to earn their paycheck....No other township deals with this issue. "RIDICULOUS".

This is the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. You're lucky if you get service at all. Some days they don't even show up, they ignore scheduled pick ups, and then are rude on the phone. I'm taking my business elsewhere even if it inconveniences me.

Our mailman has been refusing to bring my mail this winter. The house we rent sits back off the road. He does have to walk through the yard to get to the house. The porch has been cleaned off when ever it snows and SALTED. He says that it hasn't because he doesn't want to walk through my yard. Let this continue. PLEASE let this man continue to not do his job because of the snow. I still have to do my job when it snows. What's the mail carriers motto...rain sleet snow? yeah right.
