Wow. I was absolutely shocked at the employees here. It is as if they are entertained by making the process harder on the people there. You wait in line for 40 minutes, then someone sends you away because you need to jot something down and don't have a pen on you. It's unreal. They are petty, and act like absolute children.

This post office is a joke. They continuously lose packages. How do you put a slip in a PO Box that says someone has a package and then tell them at the counter that you can’t find their package. How backwards is that?!?! Either someone us stealing or so five is not pay attention. I am extremely disappointed in their negligence. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I messaged on this form last week about a missing mailbox (that was removed by USPS, I assume). So, I am sending a THANK YOU now, for bringing it back (to the SE corner of S. Archer Avenue & and S. Keeler Avenue (where it had been for decades and decades-- except for a removal a few years ago, which generated protests by the public, and so, was put back then until its removal about a week and a half ago). And, I hope it has also been re-instated on the postal pick-up route as usual (because there IS mail in it). Now, I want to ad, that (and I hope this does NOT cause another removal!), that, instead of being bolted into the sidewalk parallel to the curb of S, Archer Avenue on that SE corner, the installer bolted it alongside the perpendicular walk of S.Keeler Ave. instead. All well and good-- except for the fact that it was bolted into the sidewalk with only 3 bolts in 3 legs-- the 4th leg is unbolted because it is resting over a city sewer cap! I don't know why the installer chose to install it like that, but-- IF it can be put back where it always was (as stated above-- on that same SE corner but bolted into the sidewalk parallel along the S. Archer Avenue curb, where it can be securely bolted with four bolts, and wouldn't cause any future removals, should the City need to access that sewer it is now hovering over. But, the bottom line is-- we NEED that post office box to remain on that SE corner of S. Archer Ave. and S. Keeler Ave. and so that our neighborhood mail is picked up. Again, thank you for all your efforts with this matter. And enjoy a Merry Christmas!! ~Ess
