We would like to report dangerous driving by one of your employees driving a mid-sized truck on Irving Park Road. Today is August 5th, and we were headed west on IPR at 6:30pm, near the intersection of Elston and IPR. We witnessed your driver tail-gating several cars, and when they wouldn't get out of her way, she'd pass (recklessly, in our opinion) to the other lane. At one point, she couldn't get around a car and blasted her horn. She eventually came into our lane and started tail-gating us. We were able to get out of her way, and watched as she sped off past Keeler Avenue. The # on the back of her truck is 8870915. She, in our opinion, was driving dangerously and aggressively. We're hoping that someone has a talk with her about safe driving, especially in a big truck!! Thank You.

It couldn't have been easier to find out who our carrier was. Just called the local post office, asked and gave them my address. Whole thing took 2 minutes.

There must be a lack of agents as no one seems to be able to answer the phone. Tragic

Substitute mail carriers that come into my place of business NOT wearing masks. There are signs on the door and we let them know that masks are required to come into the center. They answer rudely to us when they are asked to wear masks. They are putting staff and patrons at risk when they DONOT comply with CDC, city, and state regulations.

The Irving Park post office has the most incompetent employees. Every time I go there there’s a problem. Yesterday I go to the post office on Montrose and there’s no problem. Today I go and there’s a sign that says they’ll only work with you if you have a scarf or a mask. I appreciate the attention to safety but I do not have either so I pull my hood over my mouth And they won’t work with me because it’s not a scarf or a mask. The hood is thicker than a scarf but they still won’t work with me because it’s not a scarf or a mask. There is no thinking or problem-solving buy any employee there and they had the absolute worst customer service ever. I have never had a good experience at the Irving Park location. The people are lazy and barely move and have conversations that are irrelevant to work instead of actually doing their job. I would rather pay more to send to UPS or Fed acts at this point. USPS delivers mail that is ripped or torn or days later than expected. You don’t deserve a government bail out.
