Mail is never ever consistent and sometimes we’ll get a dump on Sunday from the week… this is just not ok and something really needs to be done I.E….. take some of the restrictions and standards off your hiring process so you can get some more people in there to help out because from the way we looking now Christmas and the holiday mail is gonna be a total mess or bill and void! And I’m sorry but I just wonder are the white neighborhoods experiencing the same inconsistencies that we experience anywhere south of 22nd St. and West of Ashland,. We are taxpayers and pay our taxes in this neighborhood for this service and if you can’t abide by that and then release it let it go and let another agency or someone else run it because this is horrible!

Please address the fact that the mail personal on 8200 S Harper Ave are using our lawns to walk from door to door not the sidewalk. So disrespectful to homeowners.

No mail for the last week... I saw a postal car on 88 Dante and ask about the mail 2 block away and was told the mail person for my area is on vacation and no fill in. I am glad I have a P O Box for my important mail and on line receipt.. this is crazy... however, I am appreciative for the worker that are on duty doing this times (COVID-19)...

Today is February 2, 2021. Our mail carrier is generally very diligent in delivering the mail but our block has not had mail delivery since last Thursday. What is happening with the deliveries?

I have not received any mail in over 2 weeks. I was suppose to receive a package on February 1st at 3:20 p.m. no one showed up.I received to email at 5 o'clock stating that's a mail Carrier try to deliver my package and left a letter on the door For further instructions. That was a lie, no mail Carrier showed no letter was left. The mail carriers are lazy and they are a joke.

I am so disgusted with the sub-par service this post office has to offer. I have never had a package delivered on time. The carrier always marks my packages as "unable to deliver" at around 7 or 8 pm (presumably when its time to clock out). I live in a single family home with no gate or barrier to access to my home. Then my package will arrive days later without explanation. This is impacting my business.

I live at 8515 s. Prairie Ave. (60619). Mail has not been delivered to the address above for two days. I can understand a a one day delay, but two day without mail is unconscionable. Postal Carriers provide an essential service and if there will be a delay in delivery for more than one day an attempt should be made to inform residents. If local management cannot reschedule, split Carrier routes or offer overtime then residents should be informed and given an opportunity to pickup our mail. Please help us.

We had a sub carrier all week. Was coming late all week. My paycheck didn't come today like it usually does in the mail day after my payday. We have a mail slot. I want to know what happened to my paycheck. I have bills to pay!

On today May 20th I had a package that said it would be delivered today by USPS FROM THIS OFFICE, origin was FEDEX. I received a notification from Fedex about 6:41pm that my package was deliver by usps. My grand mother was sitting in the window and watched the girl walk pass the house and get back in her truck and pull off. By the time I got outside she was gone. just so happen I stood there for a minute and she pulled back around and as I came outside I caught her getting back in her truck. I walked toward the truck and asked if she had an order for me. she jumped out acting erratically and started yelling "WE AINT GOT NOBODY IM BY MYSELF" she gets out opening all the doors looking at the many packages that's just throw in the truck. she started saying it ain't here, it may be here but I do'nt know where it is. I looked at her and said how can you not find it and the notification says it was delivered. All of a sudden she finds my packages and just hands them to me and then said "let me scan them" O yeah you said they were already scanned OK! she did this all while acting like a crackhead that just got done smoking!! I will be reporting her in the morning to the office and the post master. Not to mention I have a RING DOOR BELL. She thought she had her daughter some new Justice and Abercrombie and Fitch outfits. NOT TODAY.

On Monday, May 7th, I went to Grand crossing to mail a letter by certified mail. The slot was not stocked with the receipt part. Only the green card was stocked in plenty of supply. There was an employee picking up trash scattered on the floor in the lobby. I asked him why the receipt portion was no stocked. His reply was, "They do that part behind the glass." I completed the green card and when it was my time to go to the north window when I attempted to give her the green card, she said in a scolding tone of voice - "You have to fill the receipt portion out before you can do anything with this. I tried to explain to her that receipts were not stocked out there and the employee that was picking up trash told me they did that part behind the glass. She said - "well that was what he was doing , restocking..." I cut her off and let her know that she was not going to pull that on me. The employee was picking up trash and did not have any supplies in hand to restock anything. At least she gave me a receipt to complete. Upon doing so, I returned to the window. Being so frustrated, I separated the number portion of the receipt before removing the film. She began ranting about that - She said - "You are going to have to do this all over. My reply was are you going to put me through that too? She finally stopped ranting and separated the film and proceeded to affix it to my letter. I am 73 years old and have been living in the area for over 27 years. I do not appreciate half trained clerks in customer service at the window. I am a customer in there spending my money. I certainly hope that this is corrected immediately. Agents that do not know how to talk to customers should be dismissed. Now • Delete

Grand Crossing service is horrible. Do this carriers know how to read? We live in a six unit building and carrier can't put mail in correct boxes with names on them. And we are now receiving mail that says it has been delivered. So either the carrier is keeping our mail or delivering it to someone else. We are constantly having this problem with the new carrier. If we order something online we can only hope to receive it this is outrageous. These people need accountability.

Mail carrier on 11/16/17 damaged my mail boxes and left them hanging out the frame. I took pictures of the damage. I attempted to call Grand Crossings but to no avail. No one picked up. I have lived at this address for over 60 years and never had this type of dis-service before.

Horrible service! A microwave was to be delivered to my house but because of lazy workers not wanting to pick it up they keep saying attempted but was not. First day they brought smaller box that went with order but no microwave. Next attempt says could not fit in mail box but was left instructions. Then when you call local office there is no answer. Hopefully when they try again tomorrow it's not a lazy person.
