This place needs to be shutdown as soon as possible, i sent a package internationally from taiwan but it looks like the package was stolen, or lost, and it looks like i am not the only one with this problem, this place needs to be legally prosecuted, i do not recommend any one to sent a something with real value from taiwan post if there is not insurance. this place really needs to be shutdown.

My family in Taiwan sent a package to me on April 13, 2020. The record shows that the package left Taiwan on April 21, 2020. I still haven't received it. Almost a month ago , I mailed a letter from O'Hare Airport in the box.
