Arrived at 5:30p for PO Box collection. Employee locked the door in front of me as I approached. Box lobby is expected to be open until 6p.

This is a request to pick up my boxes I am mailing. I do my own labels and pay on line. I have 4 boxes that have been sitting in my driveway (which is cleaned) since Monday night and I have 5 more that I need to mail after these are picked up. Please have someone pick them up. I have been so happy with USPS since I got the means to do this myself as I sell on eBay and I keep getting messages from them to MAIL.

I LOVE the post office. So hope that it doesn't close. I'm not sure I even believe the negative reviews. We need the post office.

Inexcusable. Outgoing mail not picked up in over 2 weeks. Mailbox at apartment complex was not securely locked. Postal agent said he would notify carrier. I requested supervisor be notified.

the most horrible African american woman at the Neil Street that answered the phone told me that my son would have to come and pick up his pkg because I said "it better be delivered today" this woman should not be working with the public the USPS is at fault here for continuing to employ such an awful worker. And the carrier is no better as they did NOT attempt to deliver the pkg. Parents depend on USPS to get pkgs to our college students and by reading other reviews about this office it is deplorable it is now in the USPS hands to do something about this office!!

My hold mail was delivered several days before the date I asked it to be delivered, and we were not home. Today, no one picked up the mail in my mail box or delivered mail to the box. This means my estimated taxes will have a late postmark. I have seen service decline in the last year.

I was un the Leroy Post office on the 25th of July to get some stamps, I had my little pomerian on a leash with me, I got the stamps and put them on my bills, a woman cam up front and was yelling at me about my dog, she said no dogs allowed in here did you not see the sign. Well no I didn't see the sign because it is behind the door, I told her my dog doesn't bite, she said I don't care you can't have it in here. She was hateful, and guess what some of my mail didn't get to their distanation, which I really thought at the time I should go back and get it because I thought this would happen, this was the big wig there, she thinks she owns the building, I want her written up for talking to people the way she did, first of all I didn't see the sign and second of all I know she kept some of my mail. on purpose..
