Have Had several issues with this particular post office. I have tried to go in and get them resolved multiple times now only to be met with poor service, rude workers, and they just keep doing the same things over and over again. I definitely see why they’re hiring new people and wish they would speed up the process because the ones there are not cutting it.

I’ve continuously received mail meant for other addresses and apartments in my mail. I usually drop them off at the correct address/home myself. Lately my own mail never shows up. Address 417 S Graham Ave

Worst EVER!!!!! Called at 4:55pm and the recording said that we are now closed. Then says their business hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm. Hmm. My package hasn't arrived even after it says out for delivery. And about a month ago, my package arrived at 8:45pm. WOW. Do us all a favor and CLOSE DOWN already.

This post office provides the worst service I have ever experienced. Calling to get updates is a joke.

I hate this post office. I have had several important pieces of mail lost using this office. They lost my passport and had found it on the floor of the mail room a week after I needed it. They lost a pair of prescription glasses that I obviously needed. Not only this but I have had several letters and bills go missing after sending from this location. I would rather use a carrier pigeon than these people.

Your Post Office has my package, that belongs in Rock Springs Wy 82901. I dont knowing the post office in PA punched in the wrong zip or if the sender wrote the wrong zip on the box. The tracking number is 9114902307224861077342. My address doesnt even exist in your town so I am not sure why it says out for delivery.... If someone could PLEASE find my box and fix the problem and send it to Wy would be great since we have been waiting for the box for almost a month.

The worst mail delivery in the country, period! I have had a package delivered to another address on an adjacent street at least once a week for the past month. Repeated promises to correct problem, but it continues. Happened again today. Evidently mail carriers are not required to be able to read.

Not very user friendly! recently moved into a house I own that my son and his family had been living in. He put in a change of address and I have started changing my address to have mail delivered there. All of my mail (Arthur Fager) has been being forwarded to my son's (Adam Fager) new house. I filled out the new resident card left by the USPS. The address is correct and not a name asked to be forwarded. Just tried to call local USPS in Carbondale it rang without answer for over a minute. Tried to call back and now busy! I have already had one vital piece of mail returned to a financial institution. Not a happy person right now.
