I just purchased a home in Broadlands. I am becoming a single mother of an 8 yr old and being the head of household all at once. I wasnt given ONE day with Amy, the mail provider, to get my mail. I spoke with her personally on the phone as she denied delivering my mail until it is set in concrete. None of my neighbors have theirs in concrete. I assured her the mailbox was safe from damage to any vehicles. She still insisted to put it in concrete and even stated the previous owner never had to but since I am new I have to do it. I work 6am to 230pm 6 days a week so cannot go into the USPS to pick up my mail. I can follow HER guidelines but I need time to be able to do it. She was VERY rude and demanding. I really need my mail delivered to the box thats been there for a long time and is stable to receive my bills. This is unacceptable and disappointing to be treated like this without a time frame to do it in. I literally have not received one piece of mail since I have moved in.

This post office has "misplaced" a box of mine some where in a vehicle a few months ago making me wait an extra day for my package. Now ordering through UPS my package some how was sent for to USPS and sent to broadlands on a Monday morning and has sat there all day instead of taking it to the correct post office.
