My neighbor came over and gave me my water bill yesterday and said he received 3 other neighbors water bills. This is not the first time this has happened. I also received a stack of neighbors mail. This is not right. If my neighbor hadn't brought my bill over it would have been late.

CAN YOU PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR CARRIERS TO "CLOSE" MAIL BOXES. I HAVE TRIED TO RELAY THIS TO MY MAIL DELIVERER BUT STILL MY MAIL BOX REMAINS OPEN. I'M GETTING PRETTY UPSET BY THIS. MAIL IS A PRIVATE/PERSONAL EXCHANGE, IF MY MAIL GETS STOLEN, I KNOW WHO WILL BE PARTIALLY TO BLAME.
