Very rude attitude from the post clerk at 1:45pm today. I went in to let them know that the drop box was over stuffed and instead of acknowledging a concern, the postal worker snottily said thank you and dismissed me. Mind you, there was no one in line. But her "I don't care" attitude was alarming. She definitely needs some customer care training.

Wait time to get to talk to a real person regarding a current issue is 20 minutes currently at 2:53 pm!! I have not been happy with our post office for as long as I can remember. These government employees either have no personality, really hate their jobs, hate each other or all of the above!!! One employee even started yelling at me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. If her mask was working the way she thinks it’s supposed to then she should not fear my germs entering into her mask. But why the need to yell? So mean!! Have also had packages crammed and bent into the mailbox that specifically said do not bend. I can’t believe someone even pushed it in like that! They wouldn’t like it if it was something they paid for and cared about. Not happy with this post office in Batavia

Sharon was very rude to me. Evidently this Post Office makes their own rules for face coverings. They say it is mandated and it is not a law. She refused to serve me saying she was done. I have a Post Office Box here and I am a paying customer a United States citizen. Evidently she does not know the bill of rights. She has no idea of my condition to not being able to wear a mask nor should she. I hope she is reprimanded

I live at 37 S. Barton Trail, Batavia, IL 60510. This is a condo with a lock box mail entry. I was gone for 5 mail deliveries and when I returned I had no mail! How dare the postal service decide to touch my mail after it was delivered. Where is my mail? I went to the Batavia Post Office and it wasn't there. So, where is it? I am no happy about this.

Very rude and put-out employee behind the desk this afternoon. Sorry he hates his job so much.

I love this post office. I love seeing the same employees each time I go in. They are always friendly and helpful. I can't stress enough how special our mailman is. He always has a treat for my dog. Somehow it makes the whole interaction personal; that one small gesture. And, my dog adores him and anticipates his arrival each day. In fact, the whole family loves our mailman! And, we have never had any complaints with mail delivery.

8:00pm no mail. Tracked package listed as out for delivery, outgoing mail still in mailbox. ??, don't mind late but this is late; or may not at all?

I called in today to inquire about the procedure to replace a broken key FOB and my call was received by Holly who advised she cannot help and that I would need to speak to Brian in maintenance. Holly told me to call back tomorrow and prepared to end the call. I asked Holly to take a message for me and she was very reluctant in doing so. She was very rude and not helpful. I asked for her name and she advised me that I don't need it. The reason I asked for it is because I believe her supervisor should know how rude she is to customers.

my review would be so positive if I can get a positive answer. I am severely handicapped but would like to move to Batavia as my children live there and I need their help. My question is; If I have a mailbox put near the front door, would they deliver to the door? I did talk to the North Aurora post office and they told me if I have a letter from my doctor, they would deliver to the door and I am wondering if Batavia would do the same ? Hoping that you would do that, as I am looking to make a bid on a small house. thank you so much, ellen
