I live on Dorothy St. in Bartonville, Il. Since the older gentlemen that was my mail carrier retired, the mail service has not been the same. I have been missing magazine subscriptions. A lot of time my neighbors mail is in my box. Other peoples mail is in their box. We have a different carrier almost every day. This is unacceptable! The subscriptions I am missing are not cheap. If they can’t do the job right, they need to go!

I would like to compliment and thank Brad from the Bartonville Post Office. I am sorry I did not write down his last name! He helped me track down a package that basically was mailed from Midland, MI and took a little trip around several states for over a month -- and eventually ended up at my parent's home in Bartonville. Brad went OVER and ABOVE helping me track this package, giving me updates, and even giving me his cell phone number to let him know when the package arrived. The error for this package occurred when it was coded incorrectly in Midland where I mailed the package. The Post Office gets a lot of grief these days, and I for one want to say THANK YOU for the best customer service ever! I hope this makes its way to Brad! Michelle Bahr
