I live in a duplex and there is no off street parking so my mail box along with 3 other mailboxes is on the curb the lady that delivers my mail will not step out of her truck to give us our mail . But at the end of the block she walks that section , I would like to know how and why she has the right to with hold my mail ? Very rude and lazy employees in rupert post office

The Rupert Post Office has more excuses for not picking or delivery packages to customers. They say that id you live more than 1/2 mile from your box they will not delivery and today(5/10/2017) they said they will not pick up or delivery if you live more than 1/2 mile round trip. this is bull sh****t.

I will agree with Kelcy! Rupert has always been a rough crowd for me. I think the folks at Heyburn are super nice though.
