Their phone is turned off during the office hours and they pretend like
you have no package marked as "undelivered". They don't leave package
pick up label for "undelivered" items, but require it, so I had to file
claim online to receive time-sensitive package.

Very rude and not helpful. If i owned the postals services all the employees including the supervisor was rude and not at al helpful.

Lost our box and no concern about finding it. On top of it was a new guy who was brand new and no one went with him to check on him. Not impressed with the postmaster.
