I would like to show my appreciation for all the people who deal with our mail. Thank you for the hard work and dedication dealing with the the extreme weather conditions.❤️

Yesterday around 130pm when they were delivering one of the delivery drivers was going at least 40 down the road for about 4 seconds. We have young kids in the neighborhood with mental disorders that can't think for themselves and often run I nto the road.

I just bought my house in Mountain Home, Idaho. There is no mailbox after looking at the houses on my block I noticed about 2/3 have mail boxes by the curb & 1/3 have theirs attached to their home. I've called 2x's both times the my local USPS office asking what type of box will I need to buy. They take down my # for the manager call me bc they didn't know. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting for USPS to contact me, the question shouldn't be so difficult to answer

I ordered a book from Walmart in Las Vegas that was said to be delivered on January 13, 2022 and it didn't arrive. But the tracking number still stated it would be delivered. What's going on? 92410217526501852257 TN.

I need to pick up my package on Monday December 6, 2021 as soon as the Mountain Home post office is open. I was not told I needed to sign for my package.

Hello, I'm asking for an official inquiry of a package sent on the 18th of December from the USPS Mountain home office desk. The tracking number is CJ457337493US. The package destination is Slovenia, EUROPE. It has not arrived yet so the delay is very big. I need you to do an official inquiry on the package. It's a valuable package. It's worth over 1000 USD. We can not afford to find it lost. Please check where the package is, it's been over two months now of waiting. Your notification about updates and searching send to my Gmail address: . Im really worried at this point !! You can not phone me because I'm sattled in Slovenia Europe. My husband can come and contact you he lives in Mountain Home Idaho. Janja Thompson

The delivery drivers for this office are some of the worst I have ever seen. For my house, they leave the packages six or seven feet from the door and "NEVER" ring the doorbell or knock, even when it's obvious there is someone home. No class, whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

I've only had to deal with this post office a handful of times since moving here about 3 years ago and every single time I was treated very rudely. Not only over the phone but also in person too. The guy who works there should not be doing any customer service whatsoever and especially not around our military members. The post office in town is MUCH better and worth the trip.

I have had a problem with my mail carrier not even coming to pick up my mail. It has happened on several occasions.

had a package delivered to wrong address. Post man admitted this and their gps scan showed he delivered it to wrong address but they did nothing. The post man, same guy, has broken our gate twice. They should fire him. I am making a complaint to the post master general!

I'm shocked reading these reviews. I don't live in Mountain Home but I do have family that does. Plus family stationed at the Air Force base there. I mail a lot of things to Mountain Home and I've never had a problem....

I'm not sure if this issue is due to short staffing of some kind of mix up but there has been times where the mail wouldn't even come. There has been times that the mail man wouldn't even pick up our mail when comming down our street (and I'm not the only resident that has been experiencing this issue). It's not fair that we get slapped with paying late fees when paying bills because the mail personnel won't come by and pick up our mail. This issue needs to be fixed promply.

I just recently dealt with the rudest man. I walked in to check and see if I had any packages or mail, seeing as I had just moved and this man was so rude and disrespectful to me. And very obvious about it as well. Made me sound completely stupid in front of everyone. I will never go to the post office in Mountain Home, ID EVER again.
