Postal Locations

Why do you not deliver the mail? What about handicapped individuals and especially the ones who receive prescriptions through the mail? How are they supposed to receive their packages? I am contacting the postmaster general.

We have been paying taxes in Valley County for many years. We are U.S. citizens. We want our mail/packages delivered to our home within the McCall city limits but they will not allow any new mailboxes to be serviced. When we order items on the internet for delivery they are often dropped off at the USPS center for delivery. The McCall USPS just returns them to sender instead of delivering them to our home. We order from vendors who use Fed Ex and UPS however they often choose to deliver to the USPS for the final leg of the shipment. McCall USPS delivery center is not service oriented or friendly to residents. They really stink.

Received text saying package was in box..it was not..third time in a week. I want my mail when I am told it has arrived!

Very hard working employees. I've seen them being yelled at by rude people...and they just keep on going

I am so disappointed to go into the Post Office in McCall and see 1 person working at the window with a line of 20+ people. I waited 45 minutes @ 10 am. The Post Master NEVER comes out to help them. I've seen him once in the last 4 years offer to get packages for people, yet when I am in Boise the Post Master is continually coming out to help and greet people. He stinks!
