Been having problems with my mail for about 6 months now. My postman was amazing! He figured out the problem and got it fixed! (Hopefully)

This is not my mail and I keep telling the postman and now I’m receiving it inside my informed delivery on my email? I also have progressive insurance and don’t understand why this lady by the name of Carol Crow is coming to my mail. I live at 7104 Noah Dr., Caldwel ID apartment 102. I have tried to stay online and on the phone but it takes too long to get to somebody.

All of a sudden, the post office is putting my packages on top of the newspaper box beside the mailbox...no longer delivering to the porch? Any person walking by or even driving by can easily steal these packages? What has happened?

I know the Post Office is going through a lot in the last few years, with little of it good, but the service here in Caldwell (in the 80736 zip code area) in the last three months or so is getting terrible in ways that is unacceptable. I get EVERY single piece of junk mail, political stuff, ads, and so on, but important medical communication from my doctors, from the VA, and now, test results from West Valley Medical Center, nope - that mail gets sent back to the hospital as "undeliverable". I just spent a week worried sick literally because you did not do your job, and had to spend vast amounts of time calling the hospital, my primary doctor and the VA (which can take up to an hour to get a real person on the line). This is not the first time, hence my commenting here, and the last time it concerned communication with the lab at the VA. I just verified with West Valley Medical that the correct address was indeed on my test results they mailed more than a week ago, so don't even suggest the fault is anyone's but your current carrier(s). Carriers MUST ensure they are putting mail in the correct box, especially since this is an apartment complex, as my neighbors won't fix your mistakes.

I’ve lived in Idaho for 10 years and always had good service. Of late however there’s been problems with my mail both coming and going. I mailed a Christmas card with a gift card in it to my daughter. She received the card without the gift card. My sister sent me a Christmas card from Reno, she had put a necklace in it for me. I received the Christmas card with the flap on the end open and no necklace. It took three weeks for my AAA payment to get from Caldwel to Portland. I can drive over there in less than eight hours. Well I understand the post office is busy I feel like the management is terrible these days. The people in the post office are rude and act like they’re being abused just to wait on you.

We made a few attempts to reach out to your office and then we were told our carrier (19641 Susquehanna Way) would be talked to each time (3x), but she still continues to leave our mail box door open. Today especially - windy and rainy (so windy that it knocked over our trash container). No effort to close it's door to keep mail from getting wet or blown around. She has left snarky notes in the past and sending our mail back, also making us chase down important or legal documents. We called again today, Patty said at the time that all of the managers are out at lunch (1:45 p.m.). Our route carrier is captured on video repeatedly supporting the same behavior. Please fix this issue with the route carrier.

Been trying to call, but someone keeps hanging up. We need to get someone out to Enterprise Way post office boxes. The box for boxes key is not working. It is stuck and our stuff is still in it. Please respond.

We have the absolute BEST postman (Steve). He is very efficient, pleasant, helpful and dependable. He treats us like we are the only customer he has. He takes special care of our parcels and when required he comes to the door he not only has the package but ALL our other mail. This, oddly, is not the norm. We have large amounts of packages that go through USPS daily so we interact with many employees. Steve is A M A Z I N G! Thank you for taking such great care of us.

We’ve had issues with carriers...this issue is with your front desk ‘Drill Sergeant’ Patty. She is rude, not caring, demanding, crude, disgusting, ???everything we say or do........not enough adjectives or room to say more. She either needs to treat us better or go find a job at an Army camp!!!

Caldwell Postal Service is NOT that efficient. I have had notices that a package was delivered and several days later it comes in...NOT good service!!! We also have mail delivered to our address and just because a name is different doesn't mean it's not to come here!!! We take care of elderly family members mail...The person running this route on Monday needs to do better! The regular carrier is ok but when delivering to the door they won't knock to let me know they dropped something off. I find it on the porch later. Maybe these people are not getting paid but IF they are on a salary they NEED to do a better job!!! Maybe you need better Management!!! We won't even go into the Caldwell PO anymore. My husband was treated very badly from a front desk worker that was more of a drill sergeant than an up front PR. We are a business as well as a private family and we NEED our mail delivered accurately! I see too many complaints from others so why isn't something done about this problem or problems!? When we first moved out here the PO carrier was 'Sheila' and she was good with her job. We miss her!

When are you guys going to start doing your job? I am so tired of my mail being put in the wrong box, getting neighbors mail whose address isn’t even close to mine, and not getting packages that were supposedly delivered. Today I got shipping notice that package was delivered to parcel box. What do you know? No key and no package! I have called about this issue before, but the issue is never resolved.

Tried to call my local post office after someone called me about a package but no one will answer. I'm concerned because I have my mail on hold and they want to pick it up and I'm out of town.

Once again a resident of Heritage Meadows had 5 pieces of "tracked" mail listed as "delivered" on the tracking number, but the mail WAS NOT RECEIVED. This has been a continuing problem for over a year, yet NOTHING has been done to correct it after DOZENS of complaints.

Friday, what a beautiful blue sky sunshine spring day...then he came, the gray bearded male substitute for my regular rural carrier...he was rude and arrogant...obviously to lazy to bring "all" my mail to the house, instead left the rest in the box. He was in no way professional or courteous and further displayed that by digging ruts into my dirt driveway simple because he thought it amusing I guess...not once but three times he used his vehicle to throw dirt while making unnessesary verbal comments. Now I couldn't ask for a better rural carrier than our regular gal, she is courteous and thoughtful. But this guy who replaced her, he would be better off shoveling cow manure for a living!!! So I have to ask the USPS...what ever happened to common courtesy, professionalism and integrity in your industry? It appears to be almost a memory of the past.

Dustin delivered our mail in Caldwell, ID yesterday, December 19, 2018. He was OBNOXIOUSLY rude to me. My mother proudly worked for USPS for 30 years. I can't believe he treated a USPS supporter, who only exclusively uses USPS for our eBay business, that way. We pray that he never even touches our mail again. Condolences to our wonderful Caldwell postal workers that you have to work with him.

So my daughter got her birthday card in the mail today from her great-grandmother she's 7 and it came in a different envelope because her birthday card has been ripped in half along with the $5 bill inside and for some reason I can't call my local post office because nobody's answering the phone try explaining to a seven-year-old why she doesn't have her birthday card and why she doesn't have her $5 from her great-grandmother

My mail carrier is holding my mail I think, which is a good idea, as I've been in the hospital unexpectantly. I'm home now, and would like to have it delivered. My address is 5410 Lakewood Avenue, Caldwell, ID, 83606 Delores Potter

MANCHESTER DR AREA! We have been having an issue with our mail carrier for quiet sometime but now for the past few weeks or longer we haven't been getting our actual mail, we get those ads and that's it. Our Internet got shut off cause we hadn't gotten the bill then we realized we hadn't gotten ANY of our bills. This is ridiculous. And the snow isn't even an issue. I tried to call and talk to someone but the gentleman who answered the phone was so extremely rude. This needs to be fixed right away.

The mail carrier that delivers to S. Lake ave has not stopped since I put mail in my mailbox Thursday afternoon. I'm not sure why but I'm not getting mail and can't send any. This is ridiculous. The snow has been an inconvenience to everyone. Please do your job.

Mail carrier has been throwing our mail on the ground because we have a small pile of snowing making it so they would have to actually get out of their car to put the mail in the box. Mail carrier that drives on Lonkey Lane, please; do not throw our mail down. The 4 pieces I picked up yesterday were almost burried in the snow. Now I'm just wondering how many more pieces of mail were thrown on the ground due to weather that might inconvenience you to do the job you get paid to do. If you're too lazy to get out of your car, please have the post office call us in to get our mail so we don't find important paper work, and tax related items on the ground in the Spring.

I have multiple images of one mail truck that parks on the sida walk which also is a ramp for handicap individuals to gain access to the side walk. Has done this on several different days.
