Postal Locations

The line is always too long at the 5th Street Post office. I went to two other outlets to buy stamps and there were none to buy. I could only use metered mail to send my Christmas cards.

When I went to pick up my mail when I put my hand in to to get the mail I was met by several wasp. Before I was done I had about 6 of them.. They are coming out of hole where we send out source mail. They kept coming out so don't don't how the mailman/women get our letters we are trying to mail. One neighbor was stung 2 times by them. Could you please see what you can do for this. Thank you. Good service, but don't you think it a little unfair that 3rd street is always the last street in Valley Junction to get its mail? Can't it be switched around a few times a year? With your added burdens these days of Amazon, it comes really late, like 7:00 or 7:30 at night. No fault of the mailman.

Would it be possible to put a stamp vending machine in an open lobby area that could be accessible after the post office has closed? I just need a convenient place to buy stamps. My old post office on SW 5th and Watrous had a nice scale and stamp printing machine that I could use my credit card with. Thank you for listening.

This is not a review, more like a complaint. Our mailman, which are never the same, continue to deliver mail to our address which is an address different from our address. This happens at least twice a month. You light want to suggest that the mailmen assigned to our area try to deliver to the correct address.
