In November 2018 I brought in two packages to be mailed across United States so that my adult son could have his first Christmas tree in his new apartment and all the decorations to go along with it. The counter attendant was not helpful at all in helping me to box or find a box that it would all fit in so I ended up mailing two packages. She did not ask me how I want to get mailed just assumed and I ended up with a small insurance on each box and mailing two separate boxes guaranteed to be there within a few days . Of course it has been 3 1/2 weeks three tracking number indicates that one of the boxes is still waiting to be scanned somewhere and the other package arrived but it was deliver to his apartment community office and of course he works every day until five and doesn’t take the time to get off early being a young man to go pick up the package so it’s still sitting inside the locked office when he gets off work. I did not indicate a signature required it should have been left on his door as I told the postal employee at the time to avoid this type of situation. I called the The Cresco post office and told them that the tracking indicated it had not arrived yet but only one of the boxes had she indicated to me give it more time it must be stuck somewhere I told her I would appreciate her checkingShe hesitantly said she would but she has never called me back and after checking now which is been nearly a month if so is it there is still awaiting tracking scan according to the United States Postal Service website. I will give Cresco postal employees who work the counter a not so positive review and I will try calling again today to see if I can get some satisfaction

Had mail to send out on my mailbox (which is clearly visible to anyone walking past my house), and it was not picked up. Just because I may not receive mail one day, isn't it the job of the mail man/woman to pick up this outgoing mail? #frustrated
