I am visiting in November 2017 for two days and wonder if I can order some parcels to be held at your Post Office for collection.when I arrive there.(i.e Poste Restante) How do I address these deliveries? Please advise.

I've always shared a box at Paia Post Office with someone who's had a PO Box with PAIA POST OFFICE, WAY Before they moved to the new location. I've never had any problems with my packages being put into a box with a key. However, since I've gotten a box of my own, for the past year, I'm ALWAYS having to call the Post Office to ASK if I can have my package put into a keyed box as I do not get off of work until 5. And EVERYTIME they give me a hard time. This weekend, my husband went in to pick up my package, however, because he did not have the 'Yellow Card', although his name is on the account, they said there were no packages. I guess you get special privileges when having been with Paia Post Office for OVER THIRTY Years. When I asked how long the post master had been at Paia Post Office, instead of giving the actual years she's been serviced with Paia, her snotty answer was OVER 30 YEARS rather than the 2 years of which the person I was speaking with stated. My family has always lived in Paia ever since I can remember and I'm very unhappy with the way they do things nowadays at Paia Post Office.
