Always excellent service. Really nice postal workers here in Kihei.

So far all the Reviews our negative. A lot of negative things can happen in the postal service as a whole which would not necessarily be the fault of this 1 post office. I I had good experiences with this post office. The people are friendly and winning to help meWhat people Need to understand Is that this is 1 of the most busiest post offices on the island And this still Under staff Since The covid shutdowns. They could probably use another post office in kihei or atthe very least more people to help out. This is a good post office and the people are good... Maybe we should learn to be a little bit more patient and understanding. And realize that just because we have problems with our package it's not necessarily just this 1 post office is fault. The package goes to many places and changes a lot of hands before it comes to you. At present Ihave a package that was miss sent to Somoa Because someone in San Francisco screwed up. But that doesn't make it The fault of this particular post office. If you think you can do better then why don't you apply and go give them a hand and do something positive For the solution. I'm sure everyone will appreciate it. And maybe, just maybe We will learn sympathy and understanding

This post office is the worst and I think maybe Maui in general. First off, they stopped delivering to our house because the driver doesn't want to have to turn around. Fedx and UPS seem to have no trouble, neither does substitute drivers from time to time. The tracking many times starts in CA and goes back and forth from Kona to Kahului to Kihei then loops many times and is generally 2 weeks late. If only we could choose Fedx or UPS all the time.

Customer service is a joke. No one seems to be able to answer the phone and using the website is a joke.

asked the mail woman for stamps and she took the money from the mailbox and left. :) happy to know whoever was working south kihei road on Jan. 2nd doesn't give a f***. maui at it's best.

I'm missing 3 packages that, according to the tracking numbers, were suppose to be in my po box a week ago and now no one can find them!! I'm thinking the mail deliverer put my 3 packages in the WRONG po box. I don't know what to do - file a complaint?

I have not received my package it was mailed out to me on 1/13/2017 arrived 1/30/2017 at the kihei post office and now the date is 2/6/2017? I spoke with fed ex they said hey did deliver it to this Post Office? Please contact me with a claim # so I may get reimbursed for this. Mahalo
