This is in the form of a complaint. A few days prior to October 6, I ordered a mail hold for 113 South Love Street, Thomasville to last from October 6 to October 17. I received notification that our mail would be held in the local Post Office for those dates and delivered by carrier on the next day. For that service, we were charged $14.95. Upon our return, we found that our mail had been delivered on each of those days. Fortunately, our neighbor gathered the mail each day and brought it to us upon our return. Not a good mark for the USPS.

Saturday, December 7th, was amazing! 40 Military Christmas care packages were packed & sent in memory of our mom Judy R Davis. Our mom was passionate about supporting our deployed soldiers and for the past 7 years and she sent monthly care packages. She passed this year to breast cancer. My mom would be so proud that this is how we choose to honor her! I left the post office with a huge smile & a lighter heart. Thank you mom for being such an amazing role model with a thoughtful heart. 💕 Zack was the best - he was thoughtful and patient! Even more special Zack knew my mom and helped her when she mailed her military care packages. He called me over and he spent hour and a half to make sure these packages would make it out in time. We would like to acknowledge Zack for his service and how he helped us in an emotional time make it easy for us to do this year. We have pictures would love to share of our experience.
