The website says open until 5pm, on the phone they said 5pm, I arrive and they’re closed at 4pm. After speaking on the phone with customer service to find my passport that was not delivered, finally finding the package and driving almost an hour to pick it up in person like I was instructed before I’m going out of town to a locked office and no one responding is unacceptable. As a federal agency it is not okay that they can’t communicate properly to each other or to the public. It’s disrespectful to waste people’s time.

Came home to find my mailbox door open and a too large of a package sitting on top of it. Can’t believe it wasn’t stolen! This makes me angry as we all know steeling packages is a big think now. Lazy ass delivery person!!!

Twice in two weeks my daughter has not received packages even tho USPS tracking states package was delivered or handed to individual. I’m not certain which individual. It wasn’t anyone in our home and luckily I am an honest woman because they placed someone else’s package in my mailbox that lives in the same area that I do. I went to his house to hand deliver it. I just moved here from NY last March and never have I experienced such carelessness when it comes to USPS. This is THE worst!! I will be going to higher ups to report because now my daughter has to go through the investigation process and hope that she gets refunded her money.

Unbelievably bizarre unit of USPS - 1. They do not answer phone calls. 2. Carriers are utterly incompetent. 3. The counter staff have a distinct entitlement attitude. 4. ____________________ (fill in the blank, it's a long list)

We are constantly not receiving our mail. It is either placed in the box of neighbors or no delivery at all Here is the latest example: No mail delivery on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022. I checked our mailbox until 11pm and no mail. I checked it again at 10 am on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, and no mail. At 3pm I checked box and there was mail. Had my mail been in someone else's box or did someone delivery it on Sunday? Monday, Jan. 10, 2022 no mail delivery. I last checked at midnight and still no mail. I then checked at 11am on Jan. 11, 2022, Tuesday, and no mail. This is not acceptable!!1 Joey

I have been waiting on a business credit card that was said to be delivered on November 2nd when I was informed by the mail carrier that my mail had been taking back due to the apartment being vacant for so long. I don't even know how to find my mail this is unacceptable.

Nothing has changed I’m now going to post master in person to find out what’s going on with this branch. Pitiful service.

The worst service imaginable. If the mail carrier does not feel like delivering the package they leave a "you were not home" notice. Even though someone is at the residence. We have had this happen numerous times with larger items. When we went to the Post Office to complaint (and pick up what the mail carrier was too lazy to deliver). The mail clerk working the counter admitted that the carriers are "lazy" and leave a "not home" or "un-deliverable" notice if they do not want to deliver the item. The desk clerk indicated that there was nothing she could do and that the manager is aware of this "trick" and allows the mail carriers to do this for "heavy" items. This is ridiculous but shows the lack of leadership for the USPS. I encourage everyone to complain about poor service.

The worst service I have ever had from USPS. Mail not delivered, returned to sender, and home marked "vacant" - all because a car was parked near the mailbox. Absolutely NO communication - a few peices of mail had some terrible handwriting that said "box blocked - mail not delievered" what does that mean?! My mailbox was not blocked, nothing in front of it, it was able to be opened, and nothing was inside it. I had to go to the post office to find out that the parked car was the issue. 5-6 packages returned and no notice put on our door or in our mailbox. Absolute WORST service I have ever had, worst experience with USPS, ever, and I've lived in 5 states and several different citites. So dissapointing. Will promptly ask all my vendors to switch to FedEx/UPS whenever possible.

I arrived at the post office on Wednesday 11/18 10 minutes before closing to mail off 47 pieces of first class mail that would have been incredibly cumbersome for me to mail off myself using self-service. By the time it was my turn at the counter it was exactly 5pm, closing time. Three amazing women - Tameka, Brittany, and Janice - took it upon themselves to give me great customer service by splitting up my mail into 3 stations and processing it. I was 39 weeks pregnant and this mail was thank you tokens to everyone who purchased items from our registry. Knowing that the baby could come any day, getting this mail out was meaningful to me because it meant I didn’t have to travel back to the post office the next day. I truly appreciate the teamwork and kind gesture these ladies extended to me by processing my mail at closing time. Thank you ladies!!!

I have been waiting for an Amazon order and logged into my account to check the status. Come to find out, USPS attempted delivery on May 1st but never left a notice!! Now I have to pick up the item at a post office but I have no idea which one since I have no attempted delivery notice slip!! Extremely disappointed in this service.

I don't know what is going on with my mail delivery. We have been getting our mail after 8:PM from time to time. Today the carrier put my neighbor's mail in my box, I don't know just where our mail is. I sure wish the carriers would take some pride in their jobs. Why do we have to pay such high prices for such poor service!

Two days in a row my mail was not picked up. New mail was just put on top of it. if it is our regular carrier you should know she seems to always be on her phone as she drives around. Hard to concentrate on your job doing that! please reply.

Do not go to this site for passport services. When I went there I was told they did not take passport photos or have anyone on site to assist me with my passport renewal. The recorded message you get when you call their office states these services are available between 10am and 3pm onday through Friday. That was not the case today. What a wasted visit. You would think they would update the message.
