We have seen a mail van go down our road lately not the usual guy we know in the truck. Whoever is driving this mail van flies down the street and we haven't got any mail in 3 days. There was a letter in the box with flag up to be mailed and they haven't stopped yet so we will have to mail ourselves I guess. What has happened at the Rossville Ga post office? We need our mail as usual daily. And why have they not come at all a couple of days? We are here daily. We are also expecting things at this time if year from friends and family. Even according to my mail notification that I get..iT shows mail past few days and a package I'm expecting. Please straighten this out and explain what's happening when the mail person doesn't even come to our street? Thank you.
Someone who works here stole my package and claims "An address redirection agreement is in place between the customer and the carrier." Since no one will answer the phone here, there's nothing to be done. CROOKS WORK AT THIS LOCATION.
I’ve tried for two days to call the Rossville 30741 office. Each time my call was cut off after listening to it ring for 3-5 minutes. This is not very professional.
I just had a lady try to give me certified mail that was NOT for me. I gave the mail back and told her I was not going to sign because I didn’t know the person. I go back outside to find the mail thrown on my porch. At the time she is coming back up my road so I put it on her truck and tell her it’s not mine. She gets it and throws it on my yard…. She was soooo professional
I received an envelope today with a note saying there was postage due ($3.45) and it was paid by the carrier. When did they start doing that? However this letter is from NoName LLC and contains only a blank thank you card! Shows postage of .51 paid. But has a tracking sticker 9114 9022 0078 9061 6010 73. Looks like a scam to me! Please advise, looks like carrier is out $3.45!
Yes I had a package it said deliver 4/6/20 I have not received they put it in someone else they done it before I have more package coming I paid a lot of money I want my package
I have worked here at Park Lake Apt's for the last 21 almost 22
years and the worst service from the postal service is right now,
they took away a good postal delivery person and has been temps
ever since, they fail to come to office for mail, we literally have to
take to post office every day, we have over 200 units here and I
get complaints on a daily basis from tenants, I am fed up, I told them
to start calling the post master at Rossville branch and lodge their
complaints, that I have nothing to do with them getting wrong mail and/or not getting their mail, it is awful. I have called the office
several times about this and it gets better for about a week and then
back to bad, terrible delivery service.

Am in a wheelchair and it is summertime my lid on the mailbox works just put a little effort and it will close. Please ask ho ever to make sure its close its summertime showers like now it looks like rain now I hate to complain again in am in a wheelchair and sometimes I can't catch the carrier to ask him to close it . In the past he or she done the same thing on also I wrote a note on the box it shelf please close it please help me thank you
I would like to know why we have to wait until 5pm, and later sometimes to get our mail? Last few days we have had several different carriers, and they are always earlier. Last week we were getting mail between 9-11am. This week is has been back to after 5pm. This is rediculous,and needs to be addressed asap!
