They saw my error and fixed it, getting the package to the right person, instead of taking the easy way out and "returning to sender." Many, many thanks!

The worst customer service ever! I was literally in there mailing out packages for mother’s day and she was seeing we were having an issue finding a box. Instead she starts closing up the shop and telling us whatever we are sending out we need to hurry up because it is her lunch time. I am a widow who is very young as was trying to get everything processed as it is my first without my husband. This is the absolute worst customer service I have Ever experienced feel she shouldn’t be employed with customer service if she can’t even help service a customer who was clearly in distraught.
