Postal Locations

I'm not going to mention the individual's name "R", but she knows who she is. I called the LS Post Office (again) today (Tuesday, 11/28 @ 9am) to discuss my mom's mail status, since the status that I was given last week, was not the true status. This person "R" who answered the phone, who also called herself a supervisor, is extremely rude. My mom recently passed away, so I was checking on the mail situation, along with the process for forwarding her mail. To begin with, she immediately cut me off when I was trying to talk. Secondly, when she did allow me to talk, I guess she didn't listen, because her response totally did not fit my question. Lastly, she was sarcastic and the entire time. Her attitude did change slightly, when I asked her what her name was. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day, and doesn't treat everyone like that. If she does, then she obviously has an internal problem. She should be ashamed of her lack of compassion and people skills.

I have proved and evidence this post office in Lithia springs ga do tempered with people mails and open customer mail.. credit information being look at, Stimulus checks not delivered on time, when you file a complaint with post office, your name and mails will be played with... one of the employee that delivered mail in my neighbor hood snitch on that post office.. their are three individual employee at that post office, one supervisor, tail man and this lady are set to be tampered with customers mail and very disrespectful toward customers. all African Americans..

I just had the most awful experience at Lithia springs Post office. I have gone to this post office for years. Today I was totally ignored. 3 people who came in after me were helped by a side worker, but not me. It then came my turn to get to the window and the female employee did not acknowledge me but spoke with others in line behind me. She asked me a question and I answered it. She asked it again and I answered it again and became snotty about having to sign it, I stated it would have been nice to tell me that and she became very rude talking about how we all need to be nice to each other with a sarcastic and rude demeanor. If she paid attention to me rather than all the others behind me we could have communicated better. I felt like a fool in front of the other patrons and wonder what I did to deserve this abuse from a person who is supposed to help me. I took my package and left! I will not be back !

The day my package was supposed to be delivered I was watching it on a map. It sat there all day. The next day I saw the status was updated and its in freaking Kansas! Apparently The other reviewer on here is right. These people are stupid.

The worst staff ever! Slow, lazy, stupid and unfriendly!
