Address: 472 Cold Stream Trail 30143 Arranged to have Shawn keep our mail because of an extended trip beginning on April 25th through May 16 and deliver it all on May 17. No mail today. Can you telephone with advice as to what to do?

I know we’re out a bit but why is our mail so late? Tonight was 7:42? Do we need more drivers? Don’t think anyone should be delivering that late in the country

0/10. We continue to have issues with our mail lady. We filed a formal complaint because she refused to notify us about our packages and refused to deliver them. On Saturday 5/8/21 she arrived with a package that someone sent so we weren’t expecting it. She BLAZED down our driveway going at least 25. We have a gravel driveway & lots of dogs, she then CHUNKS the package at one of our cars NEVER STOPS (the post office told us she is to stop & honk if the dogs are out) we watched her do this while trying to run out the door to get the dogs up. She then FLYS around our corner nearly hitting the puppy. She slung rocks at one of our cars. We are constantly having problems with this lady

HORRIBLE. On several occasions within the last six months the mail carrier did not attempt to deliver packages to the house that did not fit in the mailbox. Specifically 05/03/2021 I personally ensured our dogs were put up as of 3:00pm. Our mail generally is delivered around 4:00pm. Beginning at 4:00pm I was regularly checking the box and the driveway for the carrier. At 5:09pm I received text notification from the shipper that the carrier attempted delivery. They did NOT. Also, I went to the box at 5:13pm and all of our other mail was there without any notification from the carrier that an attempt was made. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS - THE CARRIER IS A LIAR. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Carrier want deliver my mail. When I order something from eBay I have to go pick it up at the post office! When I track my packages it says no secure location! Inside the damn mailbox is a secure location! I’m tired of having to go to the post office to pick up my packages

Someone needs to look into where the mail is going after it leaves Jasper. It has now happened twice in 4 months a first class letter to Birmingham , AL mailed on Friday Sept. 28th has not arrived at it's destination yet? Is the main sorting location actually sorting first in first out?
