I was suppose to have a package delivered Tuesday March 12 2024. My package didn't get delivered due to the mail person saying "No house number". I've been living here almost a year and never had this issue. Several packages were delivered the same day, to my house with the same house number on the mail box.

Where is our mail?? This has been going on for over 3 years. Sometimes we only get mail twice a week. Spoke with 2 former postmasters, it got a little better for a while. Now it seems to be worse than ever. We run a small business out of our home, we need to receive our mail. Trying to contact someone is a nightmare!!

Called from 8:30 til 8:40 this morning. I called the number listed on web site, 770-412-8840, and no one answered the phone. Each time I got a recording from Verizon Wireless that the called number was not available!!!

I moved to Griffin 30 days ago I was not get my mail I talk to the mail carrier he said I should start getting my mail the next week. So today I saw the mail man put the mail in the box cause I was standing in the window. I then walked to the box .And my mail was open, some of the personal information I was waiting on was missing, I called the company that sent it to me to tell them that all the paperwork with my information on it some of it was missing ( and that I might need to do a poilce report.)I tried calling the (770) 412-8840 the post office in griffin ga, but it busy.so I am waiting on a call from the corpor office, cause if my personal information been breached I got to pretect myself.

I called to report a package that said it was delivered but I did not receive. The rude lady who answered interrupted me and said “Hold on”. Then put me on hold. After 8 mins I hung up and called back. It is busy. They were about to close and i guess that was her way of not dealing with me! So unbelievably RUDE!!!!!!

We got no snow from the storm that hit Atlanta but mail never came yesterday or today. It must be nice to stay home when it's cold and let others do without needed chrcks, letters or packages.

My son ordered a present for his girlfriend at the end of Nov. It shipped UPS to the Griffin post office and said IT WAS THERE on 12/3 according to the tracking number. The Griffin PO says they don't have it. I'm getting nothing but a big run around!

This is hands down the friendliest, most efficient post office I have ever done consistent business with. Over the last year and a half I have gotten to know most of the counter folks by name and they couldn't be nicer. There are lines from time to time, but they move and it is not unusual for me to walk in and be able to go right up to a window. This is a great example most other post office locations should seek to emulate.

I tried calling the post office. It was busy all day long. They must take the customer number off the hook.

I was in there this afternoon and a woman named Misty was helping me figure postage. Our company sends out Christmas presents to all our customers every year and we always confirm postage with the PO to make sure we do everything correctly with our machine. I had explained to her what we were trying to do and she was VERY RUDE and short with me. She talked down to me and said several times she does not have our machine and was not helpful. I stood back in line and spoke with Joe. He is ALWAYS very helpful and has great customer service. Thank you Joe for being patient with me and actually listen to what I was in need of.

I paid for next day delivery, but because the mail carrier was too lazy to get out of the truck, I have to wait until tomorrow to get my package. And they wonder why they are going broke. I will never use USPS again. It's UPS from now on.
