DO NOT get a PO Box here!!! The staff are RUDE! They LIE! and I have no clue how they still have jobs. I was TDY here and they would NOT give me a package unless I bought a PO Box. They are incompetent and did I mention RUDE and condescending?! GO to UPS at the Airborne PX! They are so nice!

Nobody at this PO has integrity (or work ethic...). The constant lying about delivering packages and carriers blatant disregard for the mail they are responsible for is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand how any of these people still have a job

At the time that I received a text update saying that delivery was attempted but there was no access I was sitting outside with my husband and I was home all day long and not one person tried to deliver my mail. I Pay every month for Amazon prime and I expect my mail to be delivered when it is supposed to be. I really hope today they bring not only the package from yesterday but another package that I have coming for today. I no longer want them delivering my mail to my house I will get a PO Box very soon.

So tired of this post office lying about packages being delivered. But they aren’t. Straight lies from this post office about your mail and it’s actual location. Worse yet is hoodlums that steal my mail on base...

I mailed my son important paperwork to find that the Army Hotels do not accept USPS, only FedEx or UPS. I called the Fort Benning Post Office. It was quickly answered by a VERY HELPFUL worker. He instructed me he would put me on a brief hold and look for it. He quickly came back to the phone and instructed me that my son had been there 15 minutes earlier and had picked it up. I want to thank the efficient worker!!!

Someone has been stealing our packages. this has happened for the second time and nobody at the post office seems to be able to help or at least have the problem solving skills necessary to assist us in resolving these issues. My current community mailbox is damaged and nobody is taking these issues seriously. where do I go besides IG?

This post office is understaffed for a large Army base like Fort Benning. Personnel are friendly & helpful. It's a tough job, but they do their best.

The idiots that work here are completely incompetent. They need to either QUIT or be FIRED from this post office because they're nothing but a headache. They hardly answer the phone, and they're ultimately clueless about pretty much everything. Also, ensure that you have the 100% correct address when you have mailed shipped to you because mail sent to you will come up missing; even if there's a return address on it. These people have no clue what they're doing and it's an inconvenience to everyone. Get rid of them, ASAP.

Horrible customer service. It took over an hour for them to get through 10 people. The clerk, Jefferies, kept leaving the desk. Worst post office ever. You might as well drive off post. You could hear people talking in back and they didn't come help.

I live on fort benning, in McGraw village, there has been numerous issues with our mail/packages not being delivered to the right house. My package even today never arrived at my home, yet for some odd reason the tracking says delivered...i was home ALL day waiting for it to show up
