This post office tried to deliver my package to a business on 8-17-23 after they were closed. The tracking report says they will deliver the next day. Today is 8-23-23 and they have still not delivered the package. I just wasted 20 minutes on the phone with Artificial Intelligence with an IQ of 30 and got nowhere. I called this post office with the number on line but it is not in service. I will now have to make a trip to my own post office to lodge a complaint. The USPS just keeps on getting worse and worse.

What do I need to bring to get an new address?

I ordered a package from Amazon and I still have not received it. My tracking shows that it was delivered to carrier USPS last Thursday. I have still not received it. Since I have still not received it, I tried calling the Eatonton Post Office numerous times. They do NOT answer the phone. This is ridiculous. Service from Amazon has drastically declined since they started using USPS. WHY will no one answer the phone at this post office???

Been tracking my package and it says it was in the post office possession on feb 14. It is now almost a full month later and I still don’t have my package

I’ve called eaton ga 3 times about the same package for days constantly and they swore everything was fixed call today and the lady who picks up every time is the most rudest

Today Wednesday, I went to the Eatonton post office at 1:00 pm only to find it closed. Since when does a government office close at 12:30 for the day? What is someone supposed to do when they need to get something sent off? Only in Georgia! And while I’m at it this is the first state I’ve ever lived in that packages can’t be delivered because you own a dog or they are too lazy to get out of the car and leave a package because it might be raining or maybe because it’s just so much easier to sit in the car and honk the horn in your driveway! Not to mention the several times over the last few years that because there was a holiday the mail isn’t delivered for 3 days?!!! I thought that was illegal! What is wrong with people in this state? Too lazy to work!!

I called the US Postal Service with one question does the Eatonton Georgia post office offer the ability to take a photograph for a passport. I listen to five minutes of recorded messages asked to speak to an agent and was told the wait time was approximately one hour and 19 to 1 hour and 20 minutes. This is not customer service
